Great, Friendly, Open & In-depth. - Wheel Alignment - After being recommended by a family member, i booked in for a wheel alignment check and received MUCH better service than prior places. I was given an open, in-depth service from the technician, who showed me exactly where my car was out of alignment, while also providing a comparison afterwards, to see for myself what work had been done. The staff are very friendly and happy to answer any queries or questions about your car, without making you feel like you are bothering them or rushed. I will also be recommending them to friends and family going forward.

Such an excellent front-of-house experience. Service required time waiting, and Dan could not have been more helpful. Observed on the phone and with other customers whilst waiting and an absolute masterclass in customer service. Truly a job well done and highly recommended 👍

Brilliant service. Called in at 5.40 asking to change a bulb in my headlight. Having checked it was just a loose wire. Sorted this out so quickly. Lovely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

Such great service and very friendly staff at the Birstall branch. I think it was Lee that I spoke with mostly. I came in recently to get a tyre replaced, and they identified another couple of things that needed sorting on my car. They were transparent about the cost straight away. Left my car with them overnight and it was fixed in the morning and ready to go. I'm not local to the area but visit quite often, so will definitely pop in again if I'm in the area and need something sorting on my car!
