The service I received was very good in nearly all aspects. I was very happy with how Robert assisted with the sale. I liked the video messages for the vehicle and the way that the MOT and service were carried out and a resulting repair. A paint repair was very good. The cleaning of stains on the leather was appreciated. The final handover was good apart from not being able to make part payment by credit card which would have been more convenient for me. The only small negative point was that the car was not fully valeted so I'm probably going to get that done again at my expense. Overall I was very happy and would gladly purchase at JCT600 again.
