Very professional and excellent communication. We brought our Seat Leon into the garage for an diagnostic test. We had an issue with the control stabliser. i'm not familiar with the mechanical parts of the car, but he explained the issues in depth and made it clear for me to understand and chose the best route. 5 stars isn’t enough! To sum up the owner in 3 words…. Professional, knowledgeable and genuine. After being let down and ripped off by various car mechanics a neighbour suggested this place to me, I read the reviews and gave them a go, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Within an hour of my car being booked in, it was diagnosed with a faulty ABS module, Gary called me and thoroughly discussed all options with me, I was ready to scrap it in in all honesty but after a lengthy conversation I went ahead with the work. Not only did Gary and his team repair the module, they also sorted my MOT at short notice, when the MOT failed due to structural damage Gary then went ahead and also sorted out the work on that for me too so that I could get back on the rd asap. Honestly, Gary and his team have been an absolute god send! They are by far the most competent, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was updated throughout the entire process, costs broken down to me and support and advice offered. It was absolutely worth every penny to know that I could drive out of there with the high professional standards of work that were completed on my car. The whole setting is calm, clean and extremely professional and the staff are well mannered, respectful and genuine, I can’t thank these guys enough for everything they did to get me back on the rd. If you want a VAG specialist this is the place to go, with their exceptional service my faith has been restored in humanity! Customer service is honest and knowledgeable. Gary, the owner, is very transparent and keeps you updated with detailed information regarding your vehicle. I had a large water leak on my Golf R Mk7 one of the team knew straight away what the issue was, Gaz gave up front cost info and called me on the day during the work ref to the issues, I usually go to a VW Main Dealer but try these guys out they have vast knowledge and great service , thank you to Gaz and the team !

Very happy customer here! Dan at Autotechnik has been absolutely great from the start, and even on a Monday with a skeleton staff (due to holidays) he got my car diagnosed in good time. He then went out of his way to liaise with my warranty company which is not easy (and a job normally the domain of the boss there). This got the work approved just over a day later, and as chance would have it they had a cancellation so were able to fit my car in on that Friday. They were able to get take my car early, which enabled me to get a days work done and still get my car back the same day. Thanks to Steve for helping out with everything as well. Will definitely use these guys again!
