Had a KCC contractor hit the back driver side of my car and leg it. I couldn't prove it was them as there were no witnesses, however, country road, minimal cars was ok 2 hours before they were filling potholes then damage noticed 20 min after they left, doesn't take a genius to work out it was them! Anyhow, Aylesford body repair to the rescue, quick response once insurance was engaged, car was in for 3 days, and they did a wonderful job repairing it. The work done on my car was of an excellent standard, but that what you expect. What you dont expect (or often receive) Is the level of customer support that I received from Adan, Phil and Hannah. When I had trouble getting a hire car from my insurance company (despite the accident being the 3rd party's fault) These guys stepped up and help sort me out a suitable replacement.
