I just done MOT for the 5th time now at MC Motors. This guys are super nice and professional. The online booking system they have is awesome as it takes literally one minute to do so.

Called MC Motors when my work van broke down on me I was given a contact to have my van recovered and dropped over to them. Within a couple of days I’ve now got my van back. I’ve personally had nothing but great service from MC Motors and they are always as accommodating as they possibly can be for a busy garage. I had a service and MOT with marchwoods, unfortunately the car needed some work done to get it to pass, they explained everything in detail and talked through my option. Very reasonable price and all the work was completed to a high standard. They were all polite and friendly. It was a smooth process and the collection and drop of service is so convenient. Recommend to all.

Went down and got an MOT and Interim service. I made a mistake and booked for completely the wrong date. Turned up yesterday and Luke and the team were super chill and were really accommodating. They managed to fit me in on the same day. Gave me a debrief afterwards and explained some of the bits that will need to be done in the future.

We have had our cars serviced at Marchwoods for some time and will continue to do so. Not only is the quality of work excellent, but they try very hard to fit you in in an urgent situation. Excellent friendly service and good value. Luke is especially helpful but all are to be recommended.

I have used marchwoods motor engineers for many years and I have always found them to be second to none. Got an MOT here last year as my usual garage couldn’t fit me in. So I was a bit nervous about going here but after my experience with the guys at Trusty tec I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very good and don’t try to overcharge you. Everything is explained in detail. I’ve now been in for a service and other jobs with my family’s cars that have cropped up. I don’t think I will go anywhere else. They have lots of drinks to keep you hydrated should you choose to wait. 5star service. Keep up the great service guys 👍

I had an oil warning light and service light appear in a rental car we had for only 5 days. I was worried the engine may be at risk, so I stopped at Trustytec in Dover and asked for assistance. Without hesitation, the technician popped the hood and diagnosed low oil level. He topped up the oil and the issue was rectified. No charge, just happy to be of assistance! Fantastic service. These are the sort of guys you want to work on your car. Brilliant stuff. Thanks.

What can I say. From Ed at the desk to the technicians pulled a rabbit out of the hat. They are a credit to there profession. I don't stay in Dover in fact the other end of the country in Caithness. After switching to this garage a few years ago, I cannot be more impressed with any work that is carried out. They are always friendly, they give good advise and more importantly their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

Recently used Ansells for a DSG service which was great. Really good price and easy to deal with. They text when the car was ready. Last minute asked if they could fit an awkward bulb due to it blowing during the week. They did it no problem and charged a super reasonable fee for doing so. Very happy all round and will definitely go to them again. Would 100% recommend!

They are the most honest garage around. They are reasonably priced. The staff are absolutely brilliant, especially Moira on reception. She knows so much about cars and goes out if her way to fit you in if it's an emergency and will do her very best to source the cheapest parts for you car. I've been going to this garage for over 25 years and would recommend it without reservation. Is I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic Customer Service. After having this garage recommended by a colleague I phoned to book my car in for an M.O.T which was due imminently. This was after having bad experiences at a garage in Ashford. The people at this place were extremely helpful and managed to book my car in on the same day (I didn't phone until lunchtime to request the M.O.T). The car needed some minor work and they managed to fit in the car for the next day. Plus the bill was reasonably priced. I'm new to the area and this Garage will be the one that I use from now on.

Good selection of cars, some nice. Others not so much. Offered tempting deals, but somehow felt none of them really fit the Bill. Felt that tomorrow may have found exactly what we were looking for.
