During a visit to Hythe, i discovered an issue with the oil level of my car. I phoned the garage, and they said if i dropped it off, they would take a look. I received a friendly, efficient, professional, and cost-effective service from my initial phone call to picking the car up (a few hours later). I had an oil warning light and service light appear in a rental car we had for only 5 days. I was worried the engine may be at risk, so I stopped at Trustytec in Dover and asked for assistance. Without hesitation, the technician popped the hood and diagnosed low oil level. He topped up the oil and the issue was rectified. No charge, just happy to be of assistance! Fantastic service. These are the sort of guys you want to work on your car. Brilliant stuff. Thanks.

What can I say. From Ed at the desk to the technicians pulled a rabbit out of the hat. They are a credit to there profession. I don't stay in Dover in fact the other end of the country in Caithness. Got an MOT here last year as my usual garage couldn’t fit me in. So I was a bit nervous about going here but after my experience with the guys at Trusty tec I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very good and don’t try to overcharge you. Everything is explained in detail. I’ve now been in for a service and other jobs with my family’s cars that have cropped up. I don’t think I will go anywhere else. They have lots of drinks to keep you hydrated should you choose to wait. 5star service. Keep up the great service guys 👍

Took my car to St Mary's Bay Garage today for her MOT. This was my first visit to the garage. My husband used them a few weeks ago and recommended I did the same. I found them to be very friendly and welcoming. My car was MOT'd and advisory fully explained to me. I would highly recommend this garage.

We are on holiday and our car broke down, had the vehicle recovered and taken to this garage. As you can imagine we were stressed to bits. The man at the garage couldn’t have been nicer and although couldn’t get the part to repair the car he managed to do a temporary fix so we could get home. Can’t believe there is still people that are so genuine and helpful, I actually burst into tears when I got in the car how lovely and thoughtful he was. Honestly can’t thank you enough, we can now enjoy the last day of our holiday. God bless you.

Went in as my tail lights and cabin lights had stopped working the night before. They were super friendly and very welcoming fitting me in for an hour later to fix the problem. Very honest garage and even did my tires up with some air as they were a bit low. Will be going back and couldn’t recommend more!

Called MC Motors when my work van broke down on me I was given a contact to have my van recovered and dropped over to them. Within a couple of days I’ve now got my van back. I’ve personally had nothing but great service from MC Motors and they are always as accommodating as they possibly can be for a busy garage. I needed to drive to London. All of a sudden the coolant light came up. But I was not able to open the bonnet. So I went to a few garages. A Halfords staff asked me to try this garage. So I went to MC, just before closing time. The man at the reception opened it for me, I filled up the coolant and he helped me to close it. I don’t know his name but that man’s a legend.

I just done MOT for the 5th time now at MC Motors. This guys are super nice and professional. The online booking system they have is awesome as it takes literally one minute to do so.

This was the first time we’ve been to this garage and we were very impressed with their approachability and work on our two cars. We also found them very reasonably priced compared to the garage we were using. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Really impressed with the service I have received at Elite...caution light came on my car, they managed to fit me at the last moment, sorted the bulb and gave it a winter check and did not rip me off, at all! Thanks guys...very lucky to have them so close. Special shout out to Chris...

Booked in to have a new tyre fitted and two of the other ones swapped on their rims. I requested the air pressure I wanted but was told that they are obliged to inflate to the pressure detailed on the sticker on the door post. Unfortunately, they still managed to inflate all three to 14psi less than recommended which I discovered when I got home so I had to go back out and inflate them properly. Not ideal. Other than that all good.

I've been using RP for the last few years as they always do a good job at a fair and reasonable price. They were able to correct a long running issue that the Ford main dealer was unable to rectify. The staff are friendly and I have always found them to be very trustworthy, which is not always the case with other garages. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called in here un-announced after an acrid smell in the cab. Julian kindly checked everything quickly and efficiently eliminating any issues and resolved the problem, allowing us to travel on to Folkestone for the Euro Tunnel. I would thoroughly recommend R P Garage Services in Hythe

There was a knocking sound in my EU vehicle and I was worried as I was heading off to the top of Scotland. Called the garage and they fitted me in within a couple of days and sorted quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Whilst I live locally I travel/drive often and have never used this garage before. Can't thank them enough.

Excellent service , had knocking from the front of the car after going over a pot hole . Was able to diagnose and book in for repair the next day . Wish there were more independent garages like this that gave such high level of service . Highly recommended

I called in at short notice in need of some exhaust mount rubbers for our camper while on holiday. I've previously experienced difficulty in getting these for my particular van but Mike got on the case immediately and by the afternoon he had two in for me to collect. I had a service and MOT with marchwoods, unfortunately the car needed some work done to get it to pass, they explained everything in detail and talked through my option. Very reasonable price and all the work was completed to a high standard. They were all polite and friendly. It was a smooth process and the collection and drop of service is so convenient. Recommend to all.

We have had our cars serviced at Marchwoods for some time and will continue to do so. Not only is the quality of work excellent, but they try very hard to fit you in in an urgent situation. Excellent friendly service and good value. Luke is especially helpful but all are to be recommended.

Went down and got an MOT and Interim service. I made a mistake and booked for completely the wrong date. Turned up yesterday and Luke and the team were super chill and were really accommodating. They managed to fit me in on the same day. Gave me a debrief afterwards and explained some of the bits that will need to be done in the future.

A local, trustworthy garage. They get very busy but will always try to help you out with anything urgent. I’ve used them a few times for a variety of vehicles since moving to the area a couple of years ago and can’t fault them. They’ll give you an honest appraisal of what needs doing immediately and what can wait until another time - all without the chin scratching and hard sell. When you find a decent place like this, you’ll go back again and again.
