The RAC had quoted £480 to replace the catalytic converter. The day before the work was to be carried out, they phoned to say that they couldn't source one and that if they could, it would be over £1000. This was after confirming that they could carry out the work. One phone call to Tyre Pros later and a catalytic converter was sourced and fitted soon afterwards, for £450. Excellent service, as usual from Tyre Pros
Jay was super helpful in getting my alignment sorted after Watling tyres claimed it wasn't possible to track the car up. Experienced people working here, who clearly care about making sure your car is sorted out properly
Great team. Work well under pressure. Jay is a legend and a true credit to the company. His levels of customer service is unique. Make sure you keep hold of that one!
Got to say, not a fan of many garages but i've been in dozens of times over the years and the service, politeness and speed has been absolutely brilliant. Big thank you to Damien/Darren (?) on the front desk, but also the rest of the staff who got us yet another replacement Tyre with very little notice!
