Truly excellent, all round. Amazing customer service and, perhaps even more importantly, really outstanding technical insight and expertise. When my local independent messed up a fairly routine rear brake disc replacement, causing the ABS system to go haywire, causing the car to become virtually undriveable and subsequently refused to take my calls and a visit to a local brake shop got me nowhere either, all just days before I was to set off on a long European trip, I found Stevensons via Google; despite me not being an existing customer, they told me to get there the same day. When I got there, they were very busy (clearly other people appreciate their expertise too), yet time was somehow found and the problem got diagnosed swiftly and accurately. I was shown the problems, demonstrated where the issue was. To fix it, parts needed to be ordered and would take some days to arrive (my S-class is not exactly a common model), so I was given a courtesy car to boot. They fixed the issues completely and correctly, allowing me to take the trip - and the car has been perfect since. I was impressed with the technical know-how and the logical and systematic approach to diagnosing the issue and making sure it got fixed properly. There was no guesswork - this was a precise and methodical intervention. And unlike at a Mercedes dealership, you actually get to feel welcome and respected as a customer. Highest marks throughout as far as I am concerned.

Excellent family run business Steve and Sons and all of the Team are professional from start to finish with the highest standards of customer service and expert knowledge of Mercedes vehicles. They provide The most curtious , convienient and speedy service around. Always reasonably priced too.

Second time I’ve used their services this year, firstly had my old CLK recovered there for a diag and fix. This week, an issue with my C Class headlamp. Again correctly diagnosed and repaired. First class service from the team. Much appreciated. Thanks again

Steven is a true expert. Two other garages couldn't tell me what is wrong with my car and Steven and his team needed less than 2 minutes to diagnosticate it correctly. Also, at the same time he ordered the part, got it and replace it same day. He gave me a courtesy car for the time being. He advised me about another issue he found on the car, he even showed it to me. The car is now fixed and when he said how much it costs, I believed it is just the part but when I had to pay and saw he is asking me same money, I understood that all reviews about him are true. The prices are very reasonables and the service is more then impressive. I have no words but to say a big THANK YOU to Steve and the whole team for their help.
