After a recent service done with a main dealer, I was given a list of repairs of pending works required. The Main Dealer price was horrendous. Aaron at Kent Automotive Maidstone gave me a quotation which was less than 50%. The works were carried out and hopefully it will endorse my confidence on them. Only time will tell. Only observation worth mentioning is the garage is in a very tight crowded street where finding a safe parking slot is difficult.

I took my Audi S5 V8 4.2 in for valve cleaning, and to say I was surprised about the results they achieved is an understatement! They made them look like new, amazing results considering the car has covered 72,000 miles and never had this done before (see photos). I would also like to say the whole experience from dropping the car off to collection and handover was very professional, giving me a health report on some other things I should consider getting done. After chatting them through with Aran the car is now booked in again for that work to be done.

The knowledge I received Friday morning from one of the mechanics within a 20 minute period was 10 times more than I had received from the VW main dealer with an issue I had been having on my Caddy over the last few months. Really insightful and you just know when someone is really knowledgeable by the way the way they are describing what’ll be the issue. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and honest team. Booked a few weeks ahead for some work on my fairly new to me cupra, also ordered a new exhaust that arrived very close to my booked date and they managed to fit that for me too. Would recommend and use again
