My first visit to JLR and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jamie and his friendly team did a great job servicing my F Type which is now running better than ever. A chance meeting in a local Cafe leant me to ask a question about my Range Rover Sport (after it had been into another local competitor and they identified a noise in the engine, but didn't diagnose it properly) they agreed to take a look and were unbelievably professional throughout .and kept the car for a few days (waiting for a new alternator) and they also performed my overdue cam-belt change at the same time and fitted it all in! I was kept upto date with all the findings and when the parts were due, vehicle being worked on and when it was finished .. I collected the car and was absolutely blown away to how good it now sounded unbelievably quiet. .Great value for money and you certainly get what you pay for with these guys (and Anna) are all top draw professionals.. can't rate them highly enough. JLR Automotive are now firmly fixed in my contacts lost as my GO-TO JLR repair shop!! Amazing customer service keep up the amazing work! Thanks again!!

Jamie and other members of the team were very honest, respectfully empathetic and efficient. A thorough diagnostics / investigation was carried out on my Range Rover sport.After that, it was discussing affordability and work got was done quicker than I expected.Competitive price too.

Took my 18 plate Jaguar XF to JLR Automotive for a cam belt change, a service, new pads and discs. Jamie was by far the lowest price I could find in the area and with the added assurance that they used only genuine parts, it was a no brainer. The work was carried out with minimum wait time and they delivered the car back to me. An all round great experience and would definitely recommend Jamie & JLR Automotive.

I was recommended by a friend, and rolled the dice with the dreaded xf drive chain change. Jamie put my mind at ease with a fixed price for the job. Decided then I would keep the car, and have some extra bits done as well. Great service and advice along the way, and they got me back in my beloved car. Will recommend to others, and will be going back for my now, yearly service. Lady on the desk very friendly along with her puppy companion. Maybe not the cheapest price you will find, but if you’re going to spend the money, I would get it done property here, and with genuine parts! This was a big and expensive job yet I was filled with confidence I had made the right decision. Very happy customer.
