Superb customer service from day one, when I just went into look at what models they had, to when the car was handed over. Always offered a hot drink when at the dealership and I was kept up to date at all stages of my order and their service was faultless. Carly was brilliant and highly recommended if you are looking for a Fiat or Alfa Romeo. 👍🏻

An absolutely excellent service from Lipscomb. Hugely responsive and helpful and it was a real refreshing change as you struggle to find such good customer service in the car trade. They are a fair distance from me but my needs were dealt with really quickly when I'm still awaiting a call back from my local dealer 2 days later. Dan Childs in the parts team was first class to deal with.

As a review for the dealer i would say first class customer service from Paul from begining to end. Never once felt under any pressure. Great choice of the model i wanted and well presented. Good follow up and additional services. As for the car i could not be happier !
