Very pleased with our new Ford Cmax although have not been far yet, due to the weather. Great service from Grahame, no hard sales pitch, just good helpful facts, figures and the information we needed to make our choice. We would definitely buy from St Michaels again. Well I have used St. Michael's again. Just purchased a Toyota CH-r and am very pleased with it. Great service from Steven who took the time to explain hybrids to me and other useful information to enable me to make an informed choice. There was no pressure to buy and I agree with other reviews that the service and care at St Michael's is brilliant. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Steve . Nothing was to much trouble, every thing about the sale was explained in detail and they even sorted out my personal plate transfer so I did not have to worry about anything . Absolutely fantastic service and support from the St Michaels Garage team prior to, during and after the purchase of my new vehicle alongside the part exchange process of my now previous vehicle. Steve was very patient with me and my 1000 questions and did everything he could to assist me in me finding the right fit for my family/circumstances, he put my mind at ease which helped my confidence that I was making the right choice as this was the largest vehicle purchase I'd ever made making it very nerve wracking! St Michaels Garage are professional, friendly, understanding, reliable, thorough, have very much a "traditional old school values" way about them where there are actual human beings with a lot of experience to speak to which is hard to find in the world we live in today. I was offered a 90 day/3000 mile no questions asked warrantee should the vehicle have any issues along with a curtesy car should any repairs need doing. I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough. I recently purchased a Toyota Avensis from them, which was priced fairly considering its age and mileage. Despite the five-hour drive to reach them, the car was prepared and ready for me upon arrival. After thoroughly inspecting the vehicle and deciding to proceed with the purchase, we were assisted by a gentleman named Gordon. He was exceptionally patient and never rushed us through the process. There were no high-pressure sales tactics; instead, he left us with the car and keys, encouraging us to take all the time we needed to ensure it was the right choice for us. We also completed a part-exchange, for which they offered a very fair price. What truly stands out, however, is the exceptional service I've received since bringing the car home. Unfortunately, through no fault of the dealer, an issue arose with the electronic handbrake. When I brought this to St. Michael's attention, they promptly agreed to allow me to take the car to my local Toyota dealer for diagnosis. It turned out that the necessary repair required a fairly expensive part. After forwarding the quotation to them this morning, Steve responded immediately, confirming that they would cover the full cost and had already arranged with Toyota for the work to be invoiced directly to them. I am genuinely impressed by the level of service provided by this dealer—it's unlike anything I've experienced before. Having purchased many cars in the past, both privately and from various dealers, including main dealers, the service here surpasses them all. Thank you for being one of the few dealers that truly stands by your word and doesn’t backtrack when challenges arise. Although we're not from the area, the trip to purchase our vehicle from them was entirely worth it, and I would recommend them to anyone.
