Friendly and professional. I was recommended by a diesel specialist garage to use D&D Autos for a full service and belt change. They gave a check over prior to commencing the service and advised me of further work that needed to be carried out (which I then authorised them to complete) Special thanks to Oliver who was great at communicating and keeping me in the loop as work progressed, Thank you!
The whole experience was very efficient. My car has been a bit unreliable but the team have done their best to accommodate my needs, give me a diagnosis within a reasonable timeframe, get me booked in without having to wait too long solving the latest problem efficiently and then finally going the extra mile when I had difficulty picking it up. A big thank you to everybody involved.
I booked my car in for a service and all the staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. got a sizeable bill but had a lots of work that needed to be done and a call to say if I wanted to proceed . After picking the car up my son had an issue with his car so that needed to be looked at and the staff really helped out so very much appreciated .. will definitely be using D&D Autos again
