Recently had my car MOT’d here and unfortunately it failed. Nevertheless, repair was quick and I was updated each step of the way. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful would highly recommend 😊

what a professional garage i have a 2014 chrysler grand voyager which are known to be problematic and many garages wont touch them or cannot find the faults …. how ever cwc found the cause of the eml light and limp mode and fixed straight away first time without buying parts to fault find .. also fixed and sourced parts for a hub and cv joint which in itself it’s unbelievable.. good prices , job is done first time and the problem solved first time … very very highly recommend restored my faith in a good garage .. many thanks guys alan ford

Alan and the team were amazing from first contact through to works on the car . Nothing is too much trouble for the whole team . They carry out their business in a friendly and caring manner with utmost efficiency . They are always updating you on what the situation is with progress of the works . Their work ethic is second to none and I am pleased to recommend using them for all car works.

I was lucky enough to find KCS this year and they have been amazing! Providing great, friendly, honest and reliable advice. I have been looking for a garage that can take care of my BMW with expert knowledge and I found them. I had an issue with the air suspension on my 5 series BMW and many garages wouldn't even entertain it. BMW wanted me to sell my left kidney in order to find the diagnostics and respair - while KCS offered a quick, efficient and great value for money service. I was super impressed that they insisted on using genuine parts, had a fantastic diagnostic computer and showed me exactly what the fault was. I would not take my beloved car anywhere else now and if you are looking for honest and super friendly car servicing or repairs - then I would without hesitation recommend KCS.

We called Joe on the last Friday in September in regards to an issue with our daughter's car. He came round the following morning and after identifying the issue said that he needed to source the part and would call back in an hour. Within about half an hour Joe called back and we booked the car in for the following Thursday. Joe turned up at the agreed time on Thursday and fixed the car at our house. After completing the job Joe tested the car and took it for a drive to make sure everything was ok. Can't thank Joe enough for the fantastic job and quick turnaround. Very impressed with Joe delivering on his commitments and would definitely use him again should the need arise. Highly recommend.

Joe was brilliant from start to finish, kept us updated and in the loop about part delivery/ collection and managed to squeeze us in very last minute. Would highly recommend to any of my friends or family in the future.

In the league of gentleman. Called in today for general advice and fault diagnoses. Very courteous, helpful, proffesional and informative. Alex took his time out to help, when I could clearly see just how busy he was. Impressive looking premises, state of the art equipment, looks how you would imagine a Ferrari garage to look. Beautiful plush waiting area with free tea/coffee. Faultless service, most highly recomended.

Fantastic service, prompt MOT completed within 55 minutes (pre-booked), and didn't rip me off with unnecessary jobs like some other garages do! The staff are friendly and fair - I overheard several phonecalls whilst in the waiting area, so know this is consistent across several staff too. To top it off, the waiting area has a TV, Aircon (needed on hottest day of the year!), toilet, and a coffee machine too.

Massive thanks to Damian and the rest of the team working there, mega grateful for all of the time and effort they’ve spent working on our E46. Damian also managed to squeeze me in the same day when a spring snapped on our other car despite them being flat out so massive thanks again. Couldn’t recommend them enough - always kept well updated, happily done the horrible jobs on my car that no one else wanted to do (rear brake lines etc). Very reluctant to ever go anywhere else now, couldn’t recommend these guys more 👍🏻

Great and garage with very helpful staff. Great for either regular servicing or modifications. Always helpful in finding out issues and providing the correct solutions. I was really happy with their service and found that they only charge you if they solve the problem on the car, specially lots of garages charge 0.5/1 hour labour just to plug in a OBD Scanner.

Had a call from Chris asking about my 0800 appointment, I had forgotten even though I was reminded by text and email. Finally arrived 2 hours late, Chris and his team were great about it even though he allocates technicians for each service and he had to move his team around to facilitate me. . As I was waiting for the service I was updated consistently being told at what stage the service was. I was offered tea which I gratefully enjoyed and asked if I was warm enough and that if I wasn’t he would put the heater on for me. I cannot praise this business too much, they are friendly and trustworthy which means so much to customers these days. Cost wise these days is a huge factor but the job needs to be done correctly using the correct components. I would highly recommend this service that Gents Garage gives and will use it again as I have done before.

First time using Gents and I will definitely use them again in the future. Took my 2016 Mercedes c300 in for a full service as it hadn’t been serviced for a while. The technicians thoroughly inspected the vehicle and found a few areas that needed rectifying. They sent a detailed report and even took photos to show me some of the defects. Very honest, thorough and friendly staff. These are clearly professionals who know how to work on high quality cars and are transparent in their service and much cheaper than main dealership. Please don’t hesitate to use Gents, would highly recommend

I used Gents garage in recent times for what turned out to be suspected oil cooler failure on my 2013 Mercedes E350. Mercedes wanted a small fortune but as I had my car serviced previously and heard many good reviews I opted for the work to be done at Gents. They did it 'by the book', quite literally as per Mercedes guidance and doing the necessary checks on the cylinder linings etc. This work was done in October and the car is running great since. Even provided me with photos for my own benefit later to prove to a new owner the works been carried out....and it isn't a 5 min job.......would certainly recommend Gents garage.

Can't fault Nathaniel and the team. They mot all of my cars and vans. They have just serviced and mot'd my new camper and the overall cost including an air con regas was less than they quoted.

Had my washer fuse and pump done- the guys got me booked in last minute which was amazing as I work in the community and needed it sorted ASAP. They also fitted me in last minute to have the 2 front tyres and alignment sorted - much appreciated. Great guys will be the only place I bring the car now.

Nat and Adam are just pure nice guys. They were so determined to get my MG through the emissions test, they tried every trick in the book to get the emissions down, but no matter how they tried, the car simply would not meet the emissions thresholds. then they asked me to take it out for a really spirited drive. Which I did. I came back, and it passed. Honest reliable MOT test centre. Definitely be taking my other cars there.. Highly recommended.

Belt was shearing off on my engine, when I pulled up on the A2 to find out what the noise was. Pulled in here, the guy came straight out opened the bonnet and said can you take a seat for a hour and I'll do it right now. Above and beyond service, getting me out of trouble and I'll be able to get home tonight! Wish all Garages were like this one. 💎💎💎

decided to take my car here after being to numerous garages to check why my car pulls to the left every garage said nothing looks broken and suggested new tires which was pointless. I called up and spoke to a friendly chap on phone who booked me in same day and the mechanic came out and asked if I’ve had work done on the left side of car then proceeded to show me a loose drive shaft nut! He tightened without charging me and car was perfect. Will definitely be coming back for tires/repairs.
