I recently had the wet belt on my Fiesta Ecoboost replaced and the service was excellent. My initial enquiry via the website was responded to really quickly and communication throughout was really quick and efficient. Price was extremely competitive. Would highly recommend.

Tony was excellent, my car was booked in the day after I called him. The work on my timing belt was done in good time and to a very high standard and he cost half another garage's quote. Would definitely go back again if I need any other work done.

I needed to replace my wet belt on my ford ecoboost 1.0 as the vehicle was coming up to 10 years and the recommended manufacturer replacement point. For peace of mind I decided to get the work done to prevent future possible catastrophic damage to my engine if not replaced. I researched a lot of garages and found Emporium garages online. I received a quote fairly quickly and seeing it was at Xmas time, decided to do it in the New Year I phoned Tony, he managed to book the car in to have the work done around two weeks later as per my request.Although, I do not live local to the garage premises I found it easy to get a train to the location and Tony kindly picked me up from the station. The cost of this job at a dealer is extortionate and there are very few local independent garages that will take on this job due to the time involved and complexity. The price quoted and paid is extremely competitive and half of what was quoted at the main dealer. I would highly recommend Tony, as he seems very knowledgeable and the work was completed very quickly. The car was in at 8 am one day, ready the next at 09.30 am. I am very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to use EMPORIUM GARAGE services in the future.

Alan and the team were amazing from first contact through to works on the car . Nothing is too much trouble for the whole team . They carry out their business in a friendly and caring manner with utmost efficiency . They are always updating you on what the situation is with progress of the works . Their work ethic is second to none and I am pleased to recommend using them for all car works.

I was lucky enough to find KCS this year and they have been amazing! Providing great, friendly, honest and reliable advice. I have been looking for a garage that can take care of my BMW with expert knowledge and I found them. I had an issue with the air suspension on my 5 series BMW and many garages wouldn't even entertain it. BMW wanted me to sell my left kidney in order to find the diagnostics and respair - while KCS offered a quick, efficient and great value for money service. I was super impressed that they insisted on using genuine parts, had a fantastic diagnostic computer and showed me exactly what the fault was. I would not take my beloved car anywhere else now and if you are looking for honest and super friendly car servicing or repairs - then I would without hesitation recommend KCS.

what a professional garage i have a 2014 chrysler grand voyager which are known to be problematic and many garages wont touch them or cannot find the faults …. how ever cwc found the cause of the eml light and limp mode and fixed straight away first time without buying parts to fault find .. also fixed and sourced parts for a hub and cv joint which in itself it’s unbelievable.. good prices , job is done first time and the problem solved first time … very very highly recommend restored my faith in a good garage .. many thanks guys alan ford

Took my wife's car here to be diagnosed and hopefully fixed, as I was told by a previous garage that the head gasket had gone (the car was overheating) When I called Bourne Performance and told them the issue, the guy instantly said "ohhh we deal with these issues all the time, bring it in within the next few days and we'll sort it out", and true to his word, the car's relay switch (NOT THE HEAD GASKET) was replaced, fan started working and the car hasn't heated since, my wife and I are so happy we're found Bourne Performance, A truly honest service around! Trust worthy people at competitive prices...... I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car repaired now.... 100% recommend

We called Joe on the last Friday in September in regards to an issue with our daughter's car. He came round the following morning and after identifying the issue said that he needed to source the part and would call back in an hour. Within about half an hour Joe called back and we booked the car in for the following Thursday. Joe turned up at the agreed time on Thursday and fixed the car at our house. After completing the job Joe tested the car and took it for a drive to make sure everything was ok. Can't thank Joe enough for the fantastic job and quick turnaround. Very impressed with Joe delivering on his commitments and would definitely use him again should the need arise. Highly recommend.

Picked up a puncture this morning and I have to say these guys were amazing. Got there just as they were closing for the weekend. but stayed back after they had closed to do an emergency repair for me to get the car home until they can get a new tyre on Monday. Great and garage with very helpful staff. Great for either regular servicing or modifications. Always helpful in finding out issues and providing the correct solutions. I was really happy with their service and found that they only charge you if they solve the problem on the car, specially lots of garages charge 0.5/1 hour labour just to plug in a OBD Scanner.

Fantastic service, prompt MOT completed within 55 minutes (pre-booked), and didn't rip me off with unnecessary jobs like some other garages do! The staff are friendly and fair - I overheard several phonecalls whilst in the waiting area, so know this is consistent across several staff too. To top it off, the waiting area has a TV, Aircon (needed on hottest day of the year!), toilet, and a coffee machine too.

Skoda dashboard was lighting up like a Christmas tree - couldn't be sorted at my usual garage so I brought my car to CJ Motors and had a fantastic experience. In on Monday and diagnosed as an issue with the timing chain and priced up within the day, car was ready to collect on Wednesday. Carl called when he said he would, and was happy to explain the issue when I said I didn't know much about cars (without being patronising or condescending), and all at a reasonable price. This week my car decided it was in need of some tlc. Engine management light on, performance restricted warnings and google was not overly positive. A call to CJ Motor Services and they took my car in that day, had diagnosed the problem and had a solution. Just 2 days later and my car is back and is driving beautifully. Our motorhome broke down in France six months ago and had to be transported back to the UK, once a transporter driver was finally found (two months later.) It was taken to a main dealer in the area, who messed us about for another two and a half months before finally saying they couldn't fix it. A friend told us to try Thompsett Kent and we're so glad they did. Friendly, helpful, completely professional, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and did the repair in two weeks! We've used Thompsett before as they are one of the few that can manage a large Fiat based motorhome (Fiat commercial main dealers tend to be a waste of time for this stuff). Ownership has recently changed hands but I'm happy to say that the quality and helpfulness of the team remains at the same high standard. A niggling problem with the turbo that two Fiat garages couldn't resolve has now been fixed and it's like driving a new van. The bill for the fix was less than Fiat charged to tell us they couldn't find the problem.

I have used Tony Peters Motor services for all my motor repairs for over 25 years. I have always found them fair and reliable with all my cars and he will recommend other specialists if required, ie body repairs or arrange it for you if required.

My vehicle just back from Tony's, excellent service, and customer relations as usual, been with his garage for several years now and will not change, thoroughly recommended.
