Great service, efficient, timely and helpful. I had a slow puncture. They showed me how it had worn away and couldn't be mended. A new one was promptly ordered. I also booked an MOT. Altogether very happy.

Top class service! Blackcircles.com let me down and asked me to reschedule. This was unacceptable as I had planned to be near this garage on Friday. I cancelled my Blackcircles.com appointment and booked with the garage direct. Same tyre arrived next morning and fitted. Very happy customer who will be using this garage as default.

My elderly father stopped by because the brake light on his Mercedes had stopped working. He was hoping to buy a bulb and fit it himself but instead the staff very kindly did it for him with no charge! This sort of good natured, friendly neighbourhood garage is rare these days so I will definitely go back whenever my car needs anything.

I asked Best Garages for a quote, to replace the cam-belt, tensioner and water pump, on my Skoda Yeti. They were £150 cheaper than the quote I'd been given (!) by the garage that normally does the servicing etc on my car, and they managed to get me booked in within a week, which was much sooner than the other garage too. I also asked them to take a look at the brake discs and pads, as they had been mentioned during the recent MOT. Today they fitted the new cam-belt etc and I have just collected the car. The brake discs and pads are fine, for now, apparently, and the cost of the cam-belt work was as the quote suggested, right down to the last penny. I'm very happy! Thanks to the team at Best Garages, Lymington. Keep up the good work, and I know where to come, when the discs and pads need doing.
