Really great garage. Professional and friendly service. Very warm welcome at reception. I truly felt like they cared about the customer experience. Got an MOT done for my imported Japanese Honda. I'd happily recommend LS Motors and will go back for future repairs and MOTs. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced. What more do you need?

On more seriously now, I had turbo issues, breaking system defects, faulty sensors, air-conditioning unit issues, regular MOT's, service done, not just on one car, but all pleased about, hence recommended for. They saved us some money, and more importantly, we're safe on the road and happily driving a car over 200K 😊

Had my car towed here after it got a puncture and the locking wheel nut defeated replacing it at the roadside. Despite it not being booked in staff found time to get it off and get the spare on for me. Great service as always.

Cannot recommend Autodan highly enough. Have used them for the last few years for all our family cars. Service is excellent, they are a nice friendly team and I trust them completely.

A father and son operation. Kev and Tom have looked after me, and my family for nearly 10 years. They provide an exemplary service and indeed have got us out of trouble so many times. They look after their clients, provide expert advice and take time to know their customers. I can totally recommend them.

I agree with previous reviewers who have said this is the best garage they've ever used, and because my car is rubbish I have used lots of garages! Tom phoned several times to keep me updated, and rather than just carry out the work which was identified by my previous garage, he spent time checking the diagnosis. The work was done very quickly and at a fair price. There's no point going anywhere else.

Nothing but good things to say about Tom and Kevin, at very short notice they were able to take in my daughters car, inspect it, get the part ordered, fitted, repaired and back on the road for her . They went above and beyond and are the perfect example of a family run business. This is why we should support the small independent businesses as you certainly don’t get this level of service from a faceless main dealership. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for years and have always been satisfied with their service, mechanics are lovely, knowledgeable, and always do a good job, they also do it as fast as possible and keep you in the loop. Unfortunately I had a bad experience after my MOT where I was told to get rid of my car within the year, it's an older car (2002) so it's to be expected that things will go wrong, but my car is my pride and joy and I was more than happy to pay for repairs if needed. As much as it upset me, I understood they're probably helping me long term as it'll cost me money, I took their advice on but planned to get a second opinion as I didn't want to give up on my car, it works really well and it hasn't got any big problems or repairs needed. I was told to get some new shock absorbers asap after my MOT, so I tried to book in to get it done but was turned away and told just to get a new car. I got a second opinion from a recommended mechanic and was reassured I didn't have to get rid of it, but if needed in the future, he would do the repairs for me. I was rather upset as I've always been happy taking my car here, but unfortunately, I will have to go elsewhere as I'm still unsure as to why I was refused. In summery, brilliant mechanics and good service, I just unfortunately had a bad experience.

I was recommended to try this garage by a friend. I'm very glad he did so because Moore Motors is a fabulous no-nonsense garage representing superb value for money. They're obviously passionate about their business.and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

James saved not only my car but my sanity! It was late on a Saturday night and I got a flat tyre from hitting a pothole. I thankfully managed to get to the garage opposite the country market but BMW and AXA breakdown where both hopeless. Then I remembered James! A quick message and a short wait, and there he was with a replacement tyre and a the contact info for a colleague who fitted the tyre first thing Sunday morning. Absolute legend!

Recently had a fault diagnosed by BMW on my Mini Cooper S, I went to R&M with the supposed fault and they fixed it within the day. Little did I know the fault diagnosed by BMW was incorrect, the car was being sold the following day, but Rob and his team managed to diagnose the ACTUAL fault and fix it immediately. Rob and his team even delivered it back to my house upon completion. Nothing bad to say about these guys. Would definitely recommend, especially if they can fault find better than BMW!

Nothing is too much trouble, I’ve had excellent service, honest advice, been lent a lovely little car to get me to work when mine was in and even had my tyres inflated to save me the trouble. Would recommend to everyone!

A huge thank you to Rob and his team for effecting the repair of the heater fan on my daughter’s Mini Cooper last week. I knew it was a difficult task as I had been looking into what was required. When I called to ask Rob said ‘no problem, bring it in and we can have a look. We dropped it first thing on Fri and mid morning I got a message from Rob with the findings and a quote. The price was very fair and the parts were available that day I was told so I was more than happy to proceed. I was blown away though when they said they would hope to have it done by end of play that day! Unfortunately, as he put it the car was being ‘a bit more stubborn’ than was hoped for! Rob asked if we could leave it with them to complete on Monday which was no problem at all. True to his word, the job was completed on Monday afternoon and no additional cost to the original quote. To top it all, as I found myself stuck without someone to come with me to pick the car up, he very kindly offered to have it delivered to our house. Above and beyond! I happened on R&M by pure chance as I have been looking for a new garage since my regular for years went under new management and was a disappointment. I am so glad I did and will definitely be turning to them now for all the family cars needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and friendly service at a fair and honest price too. Happy customer😊

On returning home a couple of nights ago my car started making an awful sound and I needed to be at work in the evening the next day. I called Rob and he didn't hesitate to send a couple of his guys over to my house to assist. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful as always. I can always rely on R&M when I need them and they are also very affordable which is a bonus! I get my car serviced and MOT'd with them and won't be going anywhere else anytime soon.
