James saved not only my car but my sanity! It was late on a Saturday night and I got a flat tyre from hitting a pothole. I thankfully managed to get to the garage opposite the country market but BMW and AXA breakdown where both hopeless. Then I remembered James! A quick message and a short wait, and there he was with a replacement tyre and a the contact info for a colleague who fitted the tyre first thing Sunday morning. Absolute legend!

Brought my car in this morning as went over a bump and lots of clunking followed. Figured out issue in less than half an hour, charged me accordingly with no extra surprise cost. Have been before for an MOT and always seemed honest and fair.
