A huge thank you to Rob and his team for effecting the repair of the heater fan on my daughter’s Mini Cooper last week. I knew it was a difficult task as I had been looking into what was required. When I called to ask Rob said ‘no problem, bring it in and we can have a look. We dropped it first thing on Fri and mid morning I got a message from Rob with the findings and a quote. The price was very fair and the parts were available that day I was told so I was more than happy to proceed. I was blown away though when they said they would hope to have it done by end of play that day! Unfortunately, as he put it the car was being ‘a bit more stubborn’ than was hoped for! Rob asked if we could leave it with them to complete on Monday which was no problem at all. True to his word, the job was completed on Monday afternoon and no additional cost to the original quote. To top it all, as I found myself stuck without someone to come with me to pick the car up, he very kindly offered to have it delivered to our house. Above and beyond! I happened on R&M by pure chance as I have been looking for a new garage since my regular for years went under new management and was a disappointment. I am so glad I did and will definitely be turning to them now for all the family cars needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and friendly service at a fair and honest price too. Happy customer😊

On returning home a couple of nights ago my car started making an awful sound and I needed to be at work in the evening the next day. I called Rob and he didn't hesitate to send a couple of his guys over to my house to assist. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful as always. I can always rely on R&M when I need them and they are also very affordable which is a bonus! I get my car serviced and MOT'd with them and won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. Recently had a fault diagnosed by BMW on my Mini Cooper S, I went to R&M with the supposed fault and they fixed it within the day. Little did I know the fault diagnosed by BMW was incorrect, the car was being sold the following day, but Rob and his team managed to diagnose the ACTUAL fault and fix it immediately. Rob and his team even delivered it back to my house upon completion. Nothing bad to say about these guys. Would definitely recommend, especially if they can fault find better than BMW!

Nothing is too much trouble, I’ve had excellent service, honest advice, been lent a lovely little car to get me to work when mine was in and even had my tyres inflated to save me the trouble. Would recommend to everyone!
