Wow, what incredible service! I broke down Friday night and called Dipsticks. They answered the phone outside of office hours and talked me through what I needed to do in order to drive the car home safely. In addition to this they collected the car from me first thing Monday morning just so that I wouldn't have to drive it to the garage if it wasn't safe to do so. They checked the car over and let me know straight away what the issue was. They then dropped the car back to me and had even replaced the key battery for free because they noticed the warning popping up about this! Excellent service, communication and I would 100% recommend.

I called up dipstick about 3 hours ago with a problem on my fiat and in a big panic, my car was over heating, they told me to come in straight away and they’d have a look at it, 3 hours later my car is fixed and sorted! They have been beyond helpful at such short notice! Highly recommended
