Called HSK for a second opinion regarding my car which was not starting after being told the timing had gone and engine needed to be replaced. HSK told me that the valves were bent and were able to source a reconditioned engine for me. They sent me pictures and regular updates which in my experience I’ve found no other garages have done in the past. Very professional, knowledgable and fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

Karl from HSK was giving us an amazing service in an emergency situation, including organizing a recovery car that picked us up in no time, then getting the five of us (incl luggage) an Uber to continue our London family trip, and getting our VW Sharan (and its clutch) ready in time before continuing our trip. Extremely nice and knowledgeable mechanic who goes above and beyond to inspect what exactly is wrong with the car even if it takes a while and doesn’t charge for the extra time he puts in. He also makes accurate diagnosis and proposes a reasonable solution to fix the problem.

I got my car serviced here and also had the horn replaced. The service was fast and friendly and everythig was explained in terms anyone can understand. The pricing is fair and I do not feel as though unnecessary charges were added to the bill because I am a woman, and I have felt this in many other mechanics. I would definitely go here again and ai am glad to have found a local trustworthy mechanic.
