Very happy with the work that was carried out by CarFix Garage. Was quick and simple to get an appointment for repairs to my vehicles rear bumper. Was met by Danny whom was very welcoming and keep me up to date throughout. The repairs were very high quality and it’s like the damage wasn’t even there.

I heard a clucking sound from my car and saw a cable dangling from the bottom of my electric vehicle. CarFix garage has been so easy to communicate and offered me to drop off my car for a look on the next day. Before I called up CarFix garage, I called other garages and they either didn't fix electric vehicle or couldn't see me this month! I dropped off the car today, the waiting area was clean, I could see the work on my car through the window. They fixed the problem within an hour and the price was very reasonable. Went in for MOT test. I did the booking on WhatsApp for 11 30, and on 11 30 my car was in for test. The waiting room is really nice, you have coffee machine and you have windows to see the work they are doing for your car. The reception staff nice as well. I recommend them.

Lovely people warm friendly professional attitude.. The receptionists are very good nice and helpful.. I got free water plus coffee mechanics as well.. Honestly the best customer experience in a long time.. Danny looked after nicely and was easy to talk about my car because i didn't have a clue what was wrong.
