Paul and his team are wonderful. Not the most convenient garage for me but I won't go anywhere else. They are super honest and if something doesn't need doing they'll tell you and give you free advice.

As someone new to the area and visiting an MOT centre for the first time (after relying on family mechanics), I was a bit nervous. My car failed the MOT due to a minor issue with the bulbs, but the team was fantastic. One bulb had fallen inside the indicator/headlamp housing, and the mechanics went above and beyond to help me fix it. They initially offered me a slot the following morning offering advice on how it could be fixed. But instead, with help I was able to sort it there and then, with help helped me sort it out right there and then arranged a retest shortly after. Paul and team were very friendly and professional making the whole experience stress-free. I went to this MOT site because of their great reviews, and was very pleased to be able to add to the glowing testimonies.

Took my car to these gents as the engine light had come on and the car was struggling. They ran a diagnostic check and found it was an O2 sensor that causing the issues. They managed to fit me in on the day, despite the garage being full. Pricing was very good and I'm very pleased with the quick service.

Great garage. Been here before as well as the other Karen Autos site with my other car. I was a bit worried about finding an MOT garage who was confident with dealing with EVs which have special jacking points and details of how to run some MOT tests, and when I popped in they reassured me about this. MOT was completed today on time. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Have used Karen Autos for a few years now and they have recently taken over Direct Garage Services. They're upfront about costs and won't make you pay for anything you don't need. They always do a great job and are super friendly! When I broke down and got towed to them they went above and beyond calling AA to explain the repairs so that I could get reimbursed the repair costs. Can't recommend them enough, great local garage!

I just wanted to let someone know how much i appreciate the service that was given at Creekside Garage in Greenwich. I booked online, then went in 3 hours later and my car was taken straight in with no issues with no appointment. They were very thorough and checked every small detail. I will be returning as they all worked very hard on finding the root cause of my problem - which turned out to be a broken hose! All of these tiny details added up to an astounding 10 out of 10 garage, perfect service and really friendly people. Thanks a lot everyone!

On 18 Jan 2025 I visited Greenwich Halfords, Greenwich High Street, for a review of my tyres and the reason they keep losing inflation. The mechanic explained that the wheels need a re-furb, that he would do as much as he could to seal them up properly, but as soon as I was able a 're-furb' would be my next job! I have had the car since early 2022 - and then proceeded to be off the road while I made my recovery from 2 strokes.
