My car had an engine fault and broke down on Sunday. I decided to try my luck and contacted a garage. Tony responded quickly, even though the garage was closed on Sunday. He advised me to drop the car off at Highview Garage, and he would take a look at it on Monday. I expected the repair to take a long time and cost a lot. To my surprise, Tony called me this morning (Tuesday) and told me the car was ready and fully fixed. The bill was much lower than I expected! Absolutely amazing service, speedy, friendly and very informative best of all very reasonable prices. Nothing seems to be to much trouble and they have fitted us in really quickly the few times we've been with a fiat 500 and a vauxhall vivaro they really know their stuff so much so that we drive over 40 minutes to get to them even though there are garages much closer!.

Excellent service. RAC wanted to charge me over £300 to come out to me when I got a flat tyre. They couldn’t promise that the rescue agent that came would even have a spare to fit my car, and that would also spare parts cost extra. I would then have to spend another £90+ to get a new tyre. I called up these guys instead and they came out to me within an hour and changed my tyre with a good replacement for around £190 and sent me on my way. Highly recommend.

This company i highly recommend i was stuck on the road with a nail in my tyre on my way home from lakeside i called kevin he came within 15 minutes from the call made he fixed my tyre in no time he is such a life saver had me back on the road quicker than you know it so pleased with the service provided thank you kevin keep up the good work

Kevin was an absolute life saver. Professional and friendly. We were stuck on a dark wet country road with a ripped tyre. I called Kevin and straight away he was helpful, made me feel so much better. He turned up exactly when he said he would, (SUPER QUICK, less than 30 minutes), help me find the locking wheel nut, asked me if I was ok, changed the tyre really quickly while I sat in the warm car, made sure we set off safely and even gave advice to miss a congested junction further along our onward journey. I cannot recommend this company enough. Puts your faith back in mankind. Merry Christmas Kevin & a massive thank you !

Kevin Saves Christmas! With 200 miles still to travel on a dark, cold, wet Friday night and with the full family on board the dreaded warning light lit up on my dash! Front Tyre pressure! we stopped at the services to check, full write off! What to do? we had to get home for an important appointment on Saturday morning, spacesaver? maybe but 50mph, 200miles and a fully loaded car didn't feel like the safest idea. By this time it was 5:30pm, with the thought of being stranded and messing up my Christmas plans I did a quick search and London Mobile tyres came up top of the list. Kevin answered straight away, did a quick check on where I was and the tyres size and said no problem go and grab a cup of tea, warm up and I'll be with you in 30 mins! yes 30 mins! Honestly the sense of relief was the best feeling! Kevin turned up exactly when he said, really nice friendly guy, shared his knowledge about spacesavers with me as he fitted a new tyre to my car. 20 minutes later we were back on the road and most importantly arrived home just a few hours later than planned. Honestly I can't recommend Kevin enough, he is that 4th emergency service that is there when you need it and saved our Christmas plans, Thanks Kevin and Merry Christmas :)

My experience today was excellent. My vehicle had been struggling to start in the mornings with all different kinds of lights appearing on the dash, i took my vehicle in today at 09:30 and issue was resolved and car collected by 1pm. The vehicle drives amazing now as it was lagging a bit. Very honest and professionally run business. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for future Services or any mechanical issues. I highly reccomend Ross Motors The staff goes out there way to help there customers and they really care about the cars that gets bought in. I came in after my ABS light switched on, on my 2006 Ford Fiesta and it was a struggle to get a correct and working ABS pump replacement. I appreciate all the time and effort the staff has put into my car, I honestly couldn't thank you enough. I'd also like to add that it is very affordable too, especially for a not so easy job. I will be returning for my M.O.T.S and services in the future ❤️

My experience started from the day before, I called them at 6.05pm, they were supposed to close at 5.30pm and a gentleman answered, I requested the time of when my leasing company had booked my service in for, he advised it was in for 8am so I begrudgingly advised I have to drop the kids off at 9am so will be there at around 9.30am, he was absolutely fine. I then visit at around 9.20am and drop the car off, the man with a woolly hat takes my keys and I ask where is the closest coffee shop, he gives me an option across the parking lot which turned out to be terrific. I return after an hour or so and am greeted by the other gentleman, swept back hair, in the reception who asks how my breakfast was, he somehow knew who I was and that I had gone for breakfast. The service ends with me collecting my car from the gentleman and that’s when I notice, they haven’t only serviced my car as requested, they’ve also refilled the adblue, I hadn’t requested this and maybe they do it to charge back to the leasing company, I don’t know I don’t really care, all it meant for me was I now don’t have to refill it myself thus saving me time and money. Recently, I have had my own personal issues with service across the board being at an all time low whether that be a coffee shop or a restaurant so to see this type of a service in an autocentre where you’d expect usually to be just grunted at blew me away! Whoever owns this, whether it be the woolly hat man or the swept back John Travolta lookalike or somebody else, they should know how well they are doing. I run a business myself so I know how easy customer service levels can drop, thank you for the fact you haven’t let it drop! I would recommend these guys everyday of the week! 5*****

My car ran suddenly ran out of oil in the middle of the a406 at 7pm on a Saturday night, nowhere was open and found this garage on google. Called them and the owner told me to come down and he would fill the oil up. Luckily i was just around the corner and he topped my oil up (after closing time) and got me on my way. Im so grateful thank you! Will be returning
