My experience started from the day before, I called them at 6.05pm, they were supposed to close at 5.30pm and a gentleman answered, I requested the time of when my leasing company had booked my service in for, he advised it was in for 8am so I begrudgingly advised I have to drop the kids off at 9am so will be there at around 9.30am, he was absolutely fine. I then visit at around 9.20am and drop the car off, the man with a woolly hat takes my keys and I ask where is the closest coffee shop, he gives me an option across the parking lot which turned out to be terrific. I return after an hour or so and am greeted by the other gentleman, swept back hair, in the reception who asks how my breakfast was, he somehow knew who I was and that I had gone for breakfast. The service ends with me collecting my car from the gentleman and that’s when I notice, they haven’t only serviced my car as requested, they’ve also refilled the adblue, I hadn’t requested this and maybe they do it to charge back to the leasing company, I don’t know I don’t really care, all it meant for me was I now don’t have to refill it myself thus saving me time and money. Recently, I have had my own personal issues with service across the board being at an all time low whether that be a coffee shop or a restaurant so to see this type of a service in an autocentre where you’d expect usually to be just grunted at blew me away! Whoever owns this, whether it be the woolly hat man or the swept back John Travolta lookalike or somebody else, they should know how well they are doing. I run a business myself so I know how easy customer service levels can drop, thank you for the fact you haven’t let it drop! I would recommend these guys everyday of the week! 5*****
