Very polite and helpful gentleman. Gave me an estimate for an oil and filter change when I called to make an appointment. After I left he found that a full system flush was required and called to let me know how much extra that would be before the work was done. Also kindly resolved a few minor issues that came up on the diagnostics for free. Great work. Will be taking the car back there for MOT and service in a few months
