My focus ST had a coolant and oil leak, booked into A1 to be fixed and I'm completely satisfied with the level of service I've received. The staff were great, very friendly, and happy to chat about my car. It needed a new egr cooler, which was replaced and they kept the old one to show me when I collected the car. They gave it a service, and replaced the filters etc. Highly recommended.

Went here for MOT today, everyone is very polite and friendly and the service is great. There is no need for appointment so you can organise your time as you please and they try their best to make the waiting time as short as possible. I was very impressed with the owner’s attitude, very approachable and respectful. While I was waiting they checked on me and kept apologising for the wait which is a great way to make customer feel observed and comfortable. I will definitely go again and they will be my first choice next time I have to fix/check my car. Well done for the professionalism and great service to all team!

The service was professional in all aspects. The staff were friendly courteous. The Mot took a reasonable length of time, I had noticed that consideration was given to the interior of my car. The seats were repositioned after use and I was very impressed by this additional curtesy. Would recommend this garage to my associates and family. Great knowledgeable admin team too.

"Trustworthy, honest, polite people. I am a young woman (I don’t know much about cars) therefore, getting my car fixed I’m always quite cautious about getting ripped off. However, my first experience with A1 autos was a year ago. They explained things to me clearly and also informed me I did not need certain works done on my car which I was told I did by another garage. They saved me a huge amount of money, I’ve gained trust in this garage and I will continue to use them. I’m so pleased I’ve found somewhere I am confident with.
