Highly recommended. Just used Miles to fix my son's car before he drives 450 miles home next week. Both shock absorbers failed on my son's car when I was driving it down in Feb and it was unsafe for a return journey. Miles was very accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. He inspected the car at short notice and provided an estimate for parts and labour from which we agreed on work to be included. He then collected the car from my son's workplace, repaired and returned it on the same day. He was very accommodating re the extra security requirements at my son's work. Haven't met Miles as I arranged it all from 450 miles away but his communication, descriptions and updates were excellent all the way through.
