Thank you for taking car in at short notice and completing the required tasks that was required to get me back on the road again, and available to travel home and see my family who are currently suffering with rare health conditions. It felt like a new car again whilst driving back to base. Hoping it feels the same when driving home at my next available opportunity. Incredible service from RCMR! Liaised with Tom and Will throughout Had multiple issues on a car I purchased from a dealership miles away before Christmas. Robert Cockings booked me in for 10th January as naturally over the Christmas period they were booked up and closed for the festivities but they said if I dropped the car off earlier they might be able to take a look sooner. Dropped it off New Years day and first day they were open they had managed to investigate and diagnose the issue. Once they advised me of the issue I had brought it in for they also mentioned a few other things after completing a safety check of the vehicle, going above and beyond what I had brought it in for. They evidenced their findings with a well detailed report with photos. Not only was this service amazing but they also had such patience whilst we waited for approval from the dealership to fund these repairs. They had my car for just over a week and I was so impressed with the way they conducted themselves with me whilst I had to act as a go between with the dealership.
