Dastaan is the only solid place to go and enjoy, considering quality of food and the best service. We visit every 2-3 weeks with two children and always had the best experience. Staff is always friendly, never delay on food, always delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our top picks are: spinach and kale bhaji, lamb chop, nalli nihari, prawn starter, truffle naan, pistachio kulfi, mango lassi. Thanks Dastaan team. ❤️
We went for a meal here on Sunday, and wow it was just incredible. We have been here a few times now, it isn’t very close by to us but it is well worth the drive. The service is always fantastic but the food is unbelievable. We have never not enjoyed any of the dishes!
We heard the reviews about Daastan and it didn't disappoint. It was spotlessly clean. Little touches like air freshener being discreetly sprayed in the entrance were a nice touch. The service was really attentive and the food was great.
Lovely food and experience. We felt the food was authentic Indian food. We loved the starters and the light naan. The chickpea curry could've had more spice but it wasn't bad. Will certainly be returning.

For mains, we indulged in the Butter Chicken, a dish that can only be described as divine. The creamy, rich sauce with tender chicken is a testament to Dastaan's mastery of Indian cuisine. But what truly blew us away was the Chocolate Chilli Brownie for dessert. It was the best I’ve ever tasted—a perfect blend of rich chocolate with just a hint of heat, creating a unique and unforgettable flavor profile. The cocktails at Dastaan are equally amazing, with the old Fashioned standing out as a personal favorite. It’s expertly crafted, balanced, and the perfect complement to the meal. In short, Dastaan consistently delivers exceptional food and service, making every visit a memorable experience. It’s a place we can’t recommend highly enough!
