The lady serving me at the till pointed out a promotion that gave me more product for less money, which meant that my purchase was actually pretty good value. I wasn't expecting that for a train station purchase so good news all round. Very friendly and helpful service 5*
Menu somewhat limited but friendly service and they were able to heat up my cheese and onion pasty as I really wanted something hot and vegetarian.
The best customer service from the lovely lady working on Saturday 1st March at 2.40pm at Havant. She helped me purchase a meal deal which was better value than if I had not so I got an extra chocolate bar and she was so lovely and efficient.
It's a perfectly fine station cafe.... it has all the strengths (quick) weakness (cost) of a uk station cafe, but you can see the platform from the stools and the staff where friendly and helpful so 5 stars
Not bad service although most mornings I get a small latte and a croissant which is supposed to be £5 in a deal but this morning I paid £6.49 so I think some of the team need to be aware of all the deals available, other than that everyone is very polite and always welcoming in the morning.
