Good morning. This is a review for a lovely man Ivo, who represents Bertolli Heating & Plumbing. I was recommended Ivo through my neighbour as my boiler needed servicing and I also needed an outdoor light fitting changed. I was very happy with the work done and Ivo has given me his details for when I need anything done in the future. I would like to recommend his company and think 5 stars is thoroughly deserved.

My boiler was leaking and I wanted someone to look at it urgently. Ivo happily came out at short notice on a Sunday to have a look, then offered me a very reasonable quote to fix the problem - which he did soon after. He clearly explained what he was doing at every stage of the process, and was polite and friendly from start to finish. A really genuine, helpful guy. I'm very grateful!

Ivo came to service my boiler. He turned up spot on the time arranged. He was very polite experienced everything. Did more than I'd seen on a boiler service before. Definitely call him again.
