We checked into the Ely and was pleasantly welcomed by the Lovely and Witty Glynn. Fabulous Lady.
Oh my goodness what a fabulous Receptionist she is. Made us laugh from the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left. Nothing was much trouble for Glynn. She went out of her way to make our stay the BEST EVER. EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH Would very be fitting for Her. What an access to this place.
We also met Michelle lovely Lady.
The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The food in the Restaurant was lovely as was Breakfast. All of the restaurant Staff were so nice and Friendly, thank you all.
Thanks to the lovey Glynn We will be back for one the Tribute nights also with our BEST Friends.

The food was unreal and the pub itself was lovely. All the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had Amanda as our server who was extremely kind and attentive. Our group of 6 had a brilliant evening and we’ll definitely be back :)

I stayed at the hotel accommodation, just exactly what you need. Clean, good decor and warm for chilly nights in February. My thanks goes to staff member / manager Jamie for the excellent hospitality.

Dinner time I treated my dog to a steak from the child's menu let's just say he "woofed" it down. And I ordered the sirloin steak (cooked medium) melted in the mouth.

Lastly I'd like to give credit to Andrew who works in the kitchen and gives 110% to making sure the customers thoroughly enjoy their meals through his passion of cooking.

Came here for pub meal with a friend. Very good service which was quick and polite. We were served by Kat . She was so lovely and sweet and very approachable and kind.
It was warm, clean and great vibes
