Booked a room here last minute whilst travelling with work to break up the journey. A friendly welcome and nice atmosphere. My room was in the annex on the first floor, a small room but perfect for my requirements. Tea & coffee facilities, nice shower, and reasonably priced. I had tead a review about the breakfast being Iver priced and expensive, however as you can see by the menus and information in the room this doesn't seem correct. Would definitely stay here again.
Food and bar side could do with a complete refurbishment, as the building shows its age and fresh paint cannot cover everything. How the staff are brilliant, friendly and provide a spot on service. The food is fairly price for the quality
