Ok food for a good price. For less than 9 pounds you can get breakfast and something to drink and be full and ready for the day. The local is not so clean and it has seen better years, but it has a climate. The staff was ignoring us and they seemed to be busy all the time even though there were not so many people in. But after all I could recommend it.
ROCK STEADY EDDIE'S. Firstly: it's the best named cafe in London, right? Solid fare, Americana on the walls. NHS staff gossiping, local folks who look like they've not seen sunshine for several years. I love it.
Wanted something to fill me up and not too expensive. This café decor is unique in a way that they put up a lot of Elvis and other American related items. Food comes quick and they have a lot of locals that come here. I got the All Day Breakfast and it was good and worth the money. The main chef (and probably the owner) was friendly and this place felt very British.
Fantastic cafe Great service Absolutely brilliant staff Food is good Called yesterday morning for poached egg on toast and a cuppa 3 pound 10 pence I thought that it was that great of value for money I went out of my way the same day to call again for fish and chips With peas gravy and a tea 7 pound 10 pence Can't recommend this place enough
