Super family friendly place that serves great breakfast and coffees. It was packed with kids when we visited. Luckily we found a table without having to wait. It was slow to place our order and get food but that's understandable given the rush. Food was tasty and reasonably sized for the price. We enjoyed our time in the cafe.
I had a fantastic experience at this place! The location is excellent, providing a convenient and accessible spot. I highly recommend it for those seeking a delightful combination of great location, delicious food, appealing menu, soothing ambiance, and a supportive staff.
They even told us they have a halal friendly option, think this definitely needs to be advertised to attract customers but we absolutely loved our brunch and drinks!
Purchased a slice of the poppy and pistachio cake and one of their cheesecake brownies. Service was great and staff were really helpful and positive. The atmosphere inside was lively and buzzing. Lots of tables and seating available for people to sit in. Was extremely busy which is always a good sign. The slice of cake was a bit unusual. The pistachio and Poppy was really nice but the texture was really weird. It was very stodgy and had quite a firm bite throughout. There were the occasional soft parts but the majority of it was hard and chewy. The brownie was extremely rich and indulgent and they nailed the cheesecake topping. The only issue I have is the exposure of the pastries on the left side of the door when you enter. I noticed a blue bottle fly settle on one of the pastries so I stuck to only those under the glass cabinet or next to staff behind the counter, in the hope there was less of a chance of a fly being there. Overall a great place and I certainly want to revisit
A bespoke “quirky” interior - an amateurish Mary Poppins silhouette for good measure - makes for a rudimentary, unpretentious and welcoming arrangement. Extensive menu addresses breakfast/brunch territory comprehensively with a few predictable V + Ve options. The compelling battery of cakes and pastries advantageously displayed in the shopfront….hard to resist. Service pleasant and efficient. This outfit conspicuous as the go-to on a parade not short of long-established competitors.
