Such a lovely little restaurant. Food was excellent, good portions and nice selection of wines. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Booking is recommended- we were there early on a Saturday evening and the place looked very busy as we were leaving.
Exceptional French dining experience! Cozy atmosphere transported us to Paris. Our server Tom was attentive and knowledgeable. Highlights: Salade de Chèvre Chaud with perfectly grilled goat cheese, succulent Magret de Canard with orange sauce, crispy and flavorful Bar à la Peau Croustillante, tender Jarret d'Agneau Rôti in rich red wine jus, and a beautifully executed classic Tarte Tatin for dessert. Tom's wine pairing suggestions were spot-on. Every dish showcased authentic French cuisine at its finest. Highly recommend for any occasion - from romantic dates to special celebrations. A must-visit for food enthusiasts. We'll definitely return to explore more of the menu. Don't miss this gem of a restaurant!
We really enjoyed everything! The service (I think Sibel was our server) was really fantastic. We had the Côtes du Rhône to drink and it was very very drinkable and a good price. I liked that the menu had a good range of French classics and all that we ate was delicious. I had the crème brûlée for desert and it was the smoothest and creamiest one I’ve had in a while. My only complaint would be the very loud person on the table behind that couldn’t have gluten, lactose, and had a vegan husband. I feel a real authentic French restaurant would have demanded they leave and never return, but instead they seemed to deal with all their needs politely and respectfully.
I was in Muswell Hill and found this place. Very good food, great atmosphere and good service. I will strongly recommend calamari, steak frittes and crepes! Dog friendly place which is even better!
