A lovely spot for brunch. Our waiter Amir was attentive and very helpful. Advising us on what best to choose by showing us pictures of dishes on their Instagram page, which was very helpful in making our decisions. I ordered truffle mushrooms with folded eggs and my friend had the Turkish eggs. Both dishes were perfectly seasons and very tasty. We didn’t have room for the renowned pancakes but will definitely return!
Inviting spot to stop in for a coffee or meal if you are visiting the Pimlico area. Sometimes hard to flag down staff but they are very friendly and helpful. Good portions of food and a diverse menu to satisfy various brunch tastes.
We came here on a Sunday morning and, surprisingly, it wasn’t very busy at all. I tried what is probably the restaurant’s best-known dish, the matcha pancakes. The pancakes themselves were very well cooked but I didn’t taste much matcha, it was mainly a white chocolate taste. It was by no means bad, but it wasn’t what I’d had in mind when I ordered. My partner had the grilled chicken sandwich which was nice but a little dry.
We came here on a Sunday. We had booked but actually it wasn’t that busy so I think walking in would have been fine. The dishes were really tasty. The only thing I would mention is that they charged me £4 for adding half an avocado to my dish! Also, what they charged us was more than what they specified in the menu. I think they’ve inflated their prices but didn’t update the menu yet.
Visited a while back for a weekend brunch. The ambience was great, the staff were efficient and the food was good.The menu looked fairly stand but the quality and portion size were outstanding. I had cheese & ham toasty, but the ham and cheese were top quality and the bread was toasted to perfection, my partner had a large portion of crushed avocado with toast. Would be on our list for lunch when next in the neighbourhood.
