Brilliant - I searched for ages for a hairdresser that doesn't use perfumed detergents for towels and where the staff aren't dowsed in perfume as both makes me ill. I would have been happy with just that but I GOT A BRILLIANT HAIR CUT as well. Highly recommended for anyone with allergies - you can even bring your own shampoo.

I was privileged to have a hair wash and blow dry from Maddie their awesome apprentice today. It was so chilled and lovely from start to finish. Maddie did a fab head massage, and blow dried my difficult to manage hair beautifully.Very fine and naturally curly. I have come to Lisa & Karen ever since they opened 2 years ago and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, they are amazing! The salon is such a relaxing environment and I always leave happy. My hair is just how I want and imagine it to be, they are great at keeping up with my constant changes from blonde to brunette. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Incredibly brilliant cutting. The best graduated sharp bob ever. I've been to London salons but Karen's sharp cutting and attention to detail and observation and adjustment to hair type, texture, head posture. No nonsense good cutting. And advice on getting my straight hair, curly. Brilliant.

I was very happy after visiting THB I don’t know wether it was Karen or Lisa that did my hair but I felt great my hair was cut perfectly in a friendly comfortable atmosphere will definitely be going back.

I have been looking for a hair stylist since I moved here after going to the same hairdresser for 30years. After trying salons in Whitstable and London I have found an amazing stylist today. Jack thank you for listening and giving me exactly what I wanted I am thrilled with my haircut. The lady on reception gave me a lovely welcome and all round great experience. Why has it taken me so long to find this gem of a salon.

Jack is an amazing hairdresser, very precise and passionate about his graft. I am always confident that my hair will look great and I will feel great when I leave his salon. I wish I had found him years ago :)

Michelle has been my hairdresser for over 20 years. She just gets better with time! She keeps up to date with all the latest styles and I've had many of them. Her current salon is amazing and not just for your hair!

Michelle Busby does my hair stunningly athough my hair is very challenging too do as I have Afro type of hair, but everytime Michelle does it, it gets even more amazing than ever and because of her my hair looks more heathy than it has been for a long while Thankyou Michelle 💕

I never use anyone apart from Michelle to cut my hair, and I use anyone who works on the salon to colour my hair all amazing staff, really friendly family run salon! 10/10 would recommend

The first time I walked into this hair and beauty place I was so impressed. The ladies are professional they met all my requirements and helped me with what I needed/ wanted for my eyelashes extensions as I am so new to eyelashes. The place is clean and lovely inside. The ladies are also welcoming and friendly. After getting my angel eyelashes extensions I was extremely impressed. It didn't take too long and the price is reasonable for their amazing customer service. I highly recommend.

Everyone was so kind and did a lovely job. I've recently broken my leg and phoned for a simple wash and rough dry. The girls were so kind and I came away with shiny clean hair and feeling much better. I booked this in the same day and they fitted me in. Brilliant, lovely atmosphere too .

Fantastic experience today at So Pink salon. Took my daughter to Anna today for a cut. She has mixed texture, very curly hair and was a little nervous to have it cut. I can not stress enough how professional Anna was, she put my daughter at ease with her confident unfazed approach and did a smashing job, we will definitely book in with her again. Thank you ladies

I came to So Pink for the first time today after my usual nail care technician went travelling to The Philippines for a year break, so I had to find another salon. Lily did my BIAB infills for me so well, she was extremely careful especially concerning my two prosthetic fingers and I could not have asked for a better experience especially as I was so anxious coming to a new place. Lily made me feel at ease whilst doing my nails and I told her so. Just like to thank Sabrina also for spending the time to chat with afterwards to check that all was okay with me, I really appreciated that. I have already booked my next visit with So Pink and yes I would recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service. I was a bit nervous due to personal issues but they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I will be going for any beauty treatments in the future. I've had my brows waxed and tinted. My eye lashes tinted.

Had my eyebrows tattooed here by the lovely Gemma! Such an expert in her field. I love them. Best decision I made, money well spent! The salon is stunning and makes you feel like you are being pampered as soon as you walk in the door. All the therapists are so friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to a friend and will definitely be returning for any future treatments!

AMY is the best person I have ever used for my nails. i am 60. The care she takes. The extra skill she has to make the cuticles and the shape nice - better than anyone i’ve ever used. And a lovely gentle easy manner. So pleasant and calming. Thanks Amy! x
