I first visited Carla following a recommendation from a friend about 3 years ago as a complete novice to the beauty treatment world. I booked in to have my eyebrows tattooed and was so nervous but Carla soon put me at ease. She explained the whole process, was thorough with all checks and the salon is a really organised, clean calm space! Since then I've booked in for numerous treatments and trust Carla completely. I like that she still explains things to me and confirms post treatment habits even if I've had the treatment before. I'd definitely highly recommend Carla to anyone - she's fantastic at what she does x

I have been a customer of Carla for 22 yrs. As well as the treatments I have ticked I have also had Botox & Hollywood toes. Carla is always friendly and accommodating as well as extremely professional. The welcome is always genuine and warm and the cleanliness of the salon and all her procedures is exemplary. The breadth of her knowledge and experience is amazing and I note from the courses she runs she is always willing to pass on her expertise to young people aspiring to join the industry...What an example she is to all.
