Myself and my daughter attended our appointment today and the service was 5 star from the moment we arrived. We were booked in with the lovely Emma who greeted us as soon as we walked in with her bubbly personality and her exceptional customer service. The environment is so welcoming and every member of the team were really friendly. Emma always does a great job with both of our hair and we both left extremely happy. We felt like we had not only been pampered but the atmosphere was happy, bright and comfortable. There was just a buzz about the place and although they are a large team they are so supportive of each other and have a great working relationship. I have been to many salons over the years but coming here has such a nice happy relaxing vibe where everyone is cheering each other on! My daughter has already asked when our next appointment is and we can’t wait to return! I would 100% recommend this salon.

Such a lovely and welcoming place! The staff are all nice people who even if they're not doing your hair they will still help you and offer drinks etc. I get my hair done by kylie and she is fantastic at what she does even when I ask for the most extravagant ideas 🙈 but I highly reccomend this place as its affordable, welcoming and you feel comfortable.

Amazing Salon, all staff are lovely . Highly recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else❤️ I have Gema do my hair & she never ever fails, always does it exactly how I want it. All members of staff help each where needed and work as an amazing team! Honestly the best bunch of people to be around and are so welcoming and make you feel comfortable.

I’ve been going to House of Castellis for 5 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, all staff are really friendly and welcoming. Sara the aesthetic nurse is amazing at what she does, lovely, patient and very knowledgeable. Ive been to Sara for Botox and lip filler and always loved my treatment every time. Sara always makes time for her clients, she makes sure you’re happy, explains treatment process and after care, her prices are also amazing for the service she provides. 100% recommend
