Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕

Look no further for your party planner. Emma produced an unforgettable night to celebrate our daughter's 21st for 130 guests. Unanimous feedback was "the best party ever". Emma's experience and creativity really shows when it comes to both planning for and running an event like this one... and getting the most out of the budget. I feel that she has a connection to her audience and knows how to create the wow factor. On the day, the team worked so hard to make things go smoothly and we could enjoy ourselves, stress-free. Emma helped us with hiring waiting staff for our DIY wedding and after patiently discussing our needs, she provided us with an amazing team of four. Arriving on site whilst we were in our ceremony, they worked unsupervised to provide an excellent service to our guests who were full of compliments for them. We had brought some flowers back with us from the church and they were incredibly helpful in artfully displaying them around the marquee. No job was ever too much and they worked with complete professionalism. Thank you Emma and team.

Emma was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always at the end of the phone for advice, had amazing ideas and was so patient with the various Gov. restrictions and date changes for our wedding. She made sure it was the happiest day of our lives and was exceptional throughout. This is the third time we have used Evoke Events for parties at our home and I would never turn to anyone else! I had my wedding here just two weeks ago and what a magical day it was. The whole day is flawlessly executed by the team I honestly don't know how they do it! My day manager Lucy was amazing, she put everyone at ease and made sure everyone knew who, what, where and when. The venue itself is spectacular and having all the accommodation on site meant we could spend the next morning with all of our family. One thing people commented on the most was the quality of the food during the wedding breakfast and as someone who has been to a lot of weddings it's by far the best wedding food I've ever had and the guests said the same. If you want a truly all inclusive venue this is it

We had our wedding at Cooling Castle Barn on a beautiful Sunday in the summer, and it was amazing. The staff and organisation on the day were spot on (including the great ceremony master) and took a lot of pressure off the maid of honour and rest of the wedding party. We got married in the garden which looked beautiful and needed minimal decoration, and the barn itself felt magical. The food was good (and really pleased they were able to do a customised canapé from my home country). And it was great that our family and close friends could stay in the rooms on-site. I would definitely recommend Cooling Castle Barn as a wedding venue to others.

We held my best friends celebration of life here in early February and it was a perfect venue. Natasha was so helpful, always incredibly accommodating, despite some of my unusual requests. Elegant and Stylish Wedding Venue. Little Hermitage is amazing for both outdoor wedding ceremony and the one you organise indoor. The space behind the main building is really big wow factor and can accomodate a fantastic wedding ceremony. Location of the venue is a big advantage as well. Once shot weddings there the both the staff and registrars worked really well with us. We are delighted to be back there this year as well. Thank you.

We originally met Becky at an open day at The Barnyard, she was super friendly and approachable and for us the added bonus was, she loved our dog! We booked an initial consultation with Becky to discuss potential ideas and options and we booked immediately. Becky was so patient and helpful, she took so much time to talk through all of different aspects and helped us come to a decision on all of the decor aspects we would have at our wedding. Becky had lots of photos and videos that she was able to show us examples of different decor aspects and set ups. Becky matched the colours of the faux flowers to my bridal bouquet which was so appreciated. Becky was wonderful with communication and was always on hand for any questions and had no problem changing a couple of things in the lead up to the wedding. Everything look absolutely stunning on the day and we are thrilled we had Your Beautiful day as our Venue Stylist. We highly recommend Becky, she's fabulous!!

We had Your Beautiful Day decorate our wedding venue for our big day in September and we are incredibly happy that we did! Becky and Hannah worked with us to create the perfect set up for it all. Our theme was not a typical one (oscars theme) at all and some suppliers we told about our theme turned their noses up at it but Becky certainly didn't, she did whatever she could to make it something big! Our end result was so worth the wait, we LOVED it! The centrepieces were so awesome and just what we wanted, gold table cloths made it amazingly glam and the balloon ceiling decorations just topped it all off! If you're looking for someone to decorate your event and capture the essence that you aren't even sure you want, then Your Beautiful Day are definitely the ones to go to!

We contacted Becky at Your Beautiful Day to dress the venue for our wedding at the Barnyard. We went to meet her and ran through some ideas. When we arrived at the venue and saw it for the first time after Beckys team had dressed the venue, it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to The Vines for making my daughter's marriage so special! Lovely historic setting, beautiful old building with space for everything and good overnight accommodation. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful from first visits to final clear up. They knew what was happening and kept guests informed. The food was excellent and everyone's needs were catered for. Great place!

Wow what a hidden little gem with A Perfect Blend of Elegance and Charm. Our wedding at The Vines of Rochester in Kent was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we see this venue in person we instantly feel l in love with every aspect of this venue the setting is nothing short of magical , we were taken by the venue’s timeless charm and picturesque setting. Nestled in the heart of Rochester, this venue offers a unique blend of historic elegance and modern sophistication that made our special day truly unforgettable. The Vines’ location is absolutely ideal, situated just a stone’s throw from Rochester Cathedral and the iconic Castle. The surrounding area, with its cobblestone streets and historic buildings, provided a stunning backdrop for our photos and added an extra layer of romance to our wedding day. We managed to get some amazing photos by the castle . The venue itself is both beautiful and versatile. We had our ceremony in a tipi that was located in the garden which was impeccably maintained and offered a peaceful, intimate atmosphere. It felt like we were in our own private oasis. For the reception, The Vines offers a charming indoor space that perfectly complements the outdoor areas. The room is spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the decor is understated yet elegant, allowing us to easily personalize the space to fit our vision. Our guests were full of compliments on how truly beautiful this amazing venue is , the venue also comes with 11 rooms that are so uniquely designed there just beautiful . The venue’s facilities are top-notch. The bridal dressing room was a luxurious haven where I could prepare with my bridesmaids and was provided with a beautifully set out breakfast with champagne. A beautiful start to my big day. The team at The Vines of Rochester deserves special recognition. From the planning stages to the big day, they were incredibly helpful and professional. They listened to our ideas, offered valuable suggestions, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our day perfect did not go unnoticed. The catering was another highlight. Oh my gosh! We had the festival wedding so small dishes of different selections of food was passed throughout the venue and we have got to say the food was another level of deliciousness all our guests very much enjoyed as did we. In summary, The Vines of Rochester in Kent is an exceptional wedding venue. Its combination of historical charm, beautiful surroundings, and top-notch service made it the perfect choice for our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and we highly recommend it to any couple looking don’t hesitate they will not disappoint . Our special day was perfect, and this is credit to the wonderful Vines venue and the amazing team led by Becky and Holly. The venue is beautiful. So much character and style. We loved getting married in the tippe, very intimate. The dining room did not need a lot of dressing and flowers, some simple styling and the space looked amazing. We loved that there were multiple spaces for our guests to use, the bar area was lively and great for chatting while the dining rooms transformed to a generous dance floor. Then our closest friends and family were able to stay at the venue with us, to enjoy a yummy breakfast the next day. The location, venue and setting is just perfect. The whole experience with the Vines team was very professional and well organised. Questions were answered super promptly, with confidence from the super friendly team. The supper tasting night was great, we were able to sample multiple starters and desserts, although keep an eye out and book early. The pre wedding appointment went through every detail. There was nothing that they hadn’t considered and care was taken to tailor to our preferences, nothing was a problem. On the day Becky and Holly were amazing, so attentive, supportive, brilliant ladies, they absolutely made the day with lots of complements from our guests on the high quality of the team. The food was outstanding, thank you to the culinary team. The DJ was great, tailored to our music preferences and refused any off piste guest requests! Well looked after by the evening team. We can’t thank you all enough for such a wonderful day.

We got married at The Vines in September and it was the perfect venue! Communication was great from start to finish, and the day ran so smoothly. Special thank you to Holly for the build up to our big day, and Chelsea on the day. The venue itself is so beautifully dressed and we had so many compliments from guests. It’s the perfect size so no one can wonder too far, and the courtyard was amazing for our repetition drinks inbetween. The food was also delicious and huge portions! We would definitely recommend to anyone considering!

Wowie - where do we start? We had our dream wedding here on the 23/08/23 and it ran perfectly. From our first meeting with Mark, to our constant looking after from Kelly, to all the staff who delivered on the day, you have all exceeded yourselves. We had numerous activities throughout the day and lots of props/favours. To say the least, this could easily go wrong, but nothing was ever too much trouble for the Knowle Country House. The staff were amazing, checking in and making sure that we were happy with it all. Special thanks to Imogen and Vicky who coordinated the day, and they were the perfect people for us. They helped with our nerves and also any bits and bobs on the day itself, which you definitely need! The food was incredible 5*+++ Many of our guests have commented on how good the food was, and that desert trolley, was the cutest touch. We had our dream aisle, the runway style, the first I believe here and they made it feel super special. The gardens, the aesthetics, the grounds are amazing, you won’t be disappointed! We can’t thank the Knowle Country House enough for what they did on our special day, and we can’t wait to visit again for Xmas 🎄 maybe a little different weather to what we had haha. Myself and my now Husband Kane got married at Knowle Country House mid September. It was honestly the most perfect day which had much to do with the amazing staff and beautiful venue. Weddings can be typically stressful, however the staff at Knowle Country House make everything a breeze. I dropped my decorations at the venue a couple of days before and they assist in all the setting up so all I had to do in the morning was drink prosecco and get ready! They also allocate a staff member to look after you throughout the day and evening. We were very busy as the evening food was being served so the kind team even made up a plate of buffet food and wedding cake to be left in our room for when we went to bed! I don't typically write reviews but I had to for this amazing venue and would not want anyone to hesitate in booking their wedding here. We look forward to returning here for dinner to celebrate future anniversaries 🥰

We had our wedding celebration at The Knowle Country House in July 2024 and had a great time. We chose this venue over many others that we had viewed and visited in this country and abroad. We were looking for a place with a wow factor. Yes, we could have had the wow of a beach wedding in somewhere like the Maldives or Mexico, but there would never be the classically British architecture and history of The Knowle, nor the superb gardens, and the venue where more of our friends and family could join us. The clinching factor though, was meeting with Mark and his team, and their friendliness and professionalism won through. The arrangements proceeded in a very professional manor, that gave us confidence that our day would be made very special. The venue gave really good recommendations as to photographers, videographers, DJ etc that they knew would work well with the venue. The venue was very busy at the time of our celebration with a wedding the day before and after ours. We had prepared a lot of materiel needing to be transported to the venue (including a large TV to view the England football match!). The Knowle provided space in a secure store room for our stuff which made the day much less stressfull. We were glad of this The day itself, passed very smoothly indeed, no thanks to very changeable weather conditions. Our particular thanks go to Mel, who kept a tight hand on the riens, and is a lady that needs no microphone when making announcements. (We really appreciate your help throughout our day Mel) Our wedding day was brilliant, thank you to all at the Knowle, The grounds were beautiful, the food was served quickly and professionally and was delicious, both during the day and in the evening and the drinks were quickly replenished. Whilst this venue is not cheap, it was worth every penny and our guests all said how perfect it was. I also asked for a free bar for our guests. I was kept informed at every £500 spent on the bar, and I have to say that the final bar bill was considerably less than I had anticipated, my friends and family having not stinted themselves in the drinks department. We could not have asked for more, so thank you to all at The Knowle for creating the perfect day for my wife and I.
