We normally plan our events in-house however decided to outsource some aspects due to being so busy! We discovered ConnectIn and have used them for our last three events. Jess who we have been working with has been amazing at finding us suitable venues that matched exactly what we were looking for, as well as sourcing us some amazing props. Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Everyone in my family is in awe of Asianas work. I will definitely recommend to anyone getting married soon In’Sha’Allah.

Kim & Nicole styled our wedding at Heaton House Farm in May this year. We first heard about them as a recommended supplier through our venue and soon learned they were the best people for what we wanted. We set up a meeting and away we went. Kole sent us a personalised quote which gave us the ability to pick and choose what we wanted to fit into our budget which was amazing. The girls were even able to make up a new seating plan for us the week before our wedding due to last minute guest changes! We had an fantastic day and our wedding decor was just what we wanted and how we had imagined it would be all thanks to Kim & Nicole!

Fabulous from start to finish - from the first initial consultations to the end everything was perfect. Had many guests comment on how stunning the room was, and it was exactly what I wanted! A pink flowery wonderland! Kole are really responsive and happy to make changes if needed to ensure the day is perfect. we went for the real flowers and loved having the wedding flowers in our house for a few days afterwards

Kole events dressed my wedding for me back in May last year and I can’t express enough what a godsend they were! Walking into the ceremony room for the first time on the day of the wedding I was absolutely blown away away! It looked magical. Kim and Nicole had transformed my vision into a reality even more so completely surpassing my expectations. Every little detail was perfection and it made me feel even more like a princess in a fairytale setting. Not only do these ladies have a fantastic eye for decor and design, but they worked tirelessly throughout the day transforming the room into the perfect ceremony, to the most stunning wedding breakfast setting and then again for the evening reception. Additionally, they were so easy to get on with. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough for making my venue look so exquisite. Worth every penny!

Kole really listened and understood the decor and detailing we wanted for our wedding. They were supportive from booking right through to the big day and were on hand to answer any questions we had. The service we received was first class and we couldn't recommend them enough. Still awaiting professional photos of the decor, but the blossom tree with personal hanging photos was a great addition.

Absolute blast these guys were. George and the band were just brilliant and as bands go, I would say the best band at a wedding I have seen (not biased at all even though it was our wedding) All the way leading up to the wedding George was great. Meticulously planned but so organic on the day and they were just amazing fun all night. If you are looking at going with this band, just do it. We had the Hebrew singer with the Hora set also and it was exactly what we wanted. We were worried about people engaging and getting involved with the dancing but it was so much fun we had to do an extra run of Hava nagila as before we knew it they'd played all 5 songs before we got on the chairs. They are brill, and if you are looking for a band that can cater the Jewish elements too, look no further. Thank you for making the day amazing. Hope to see you at another wedding in the future. After previously seeing The Lives Notes at another venue, my wife and I asked them to perform for our wedding in April 2022 From the outset everything was handled professionally. Communication was excellent and they essentually held our hands through the process which certainly helped to alleviate stress our end. On the day we had the L2 duo along side reception drinks which went down a treat with our guests and the 5 piece band for the evening who in turn worked with the venue DJ between sets so everything joined up seamlessly. The atmosphere was fantastic and the band read the room well to adapt their playing to suit what was happening on the dance floor. I couldn't recommend the band anymore. There are certainly no regrets on our side and we're so glad we chose them to perform at our wedding.

The Live Notes played at our wedding at the end of August and were absolutely amazing. George was incredibly accommodating both in the months leading up to the day and also on the day itself, making sure he did everything possible to meet our needs. There were a couple of issues with the sound system at the venue on the day (nothing to do with the band) and they rolled with the punches excellently and got back up and running as soon as possible. The setlist was great, with lots of the usual wedding songs mixed in with some less-common-at-weddings (but very much appreciated) classics. We got tons of great feedback from our guests in the days after the wedding, which was great to hear. We would highly recommend to anyone planning a live event with a band! Incredible band! Can't recommend George and The Live Notes highly enough - from our first call they were so responsive and able to cater to all our needs. We had the 7 piece showband but added in an extra vocalist. Played an excellent version of our first dance and supplemented a party set with an acoustic dinner set. Hands down the highlight of our wedding reception!

We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. Tor we thank you so much for all your hard work, time and just being fab! You are welcome at the farm any time :) xxx

We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. Such a positive experience! From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. Booking and communication were wonderful and the set up at the party was just perfect. They delivered and collected on time and even tried to help us with some hard to make decorations we were struggling with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and definitely recommend them.

We went to Smash parties winter ball and it was indeed a gala event. Had so much fun 🤩 that nearly overcame the winter blues. All arrangements were perfect - classy venue with convenient car park ,beautifully decorated hall and tables , yummy food to purchase , great DJ and the Barbie themed photo booth was the icing on the cake ! Well done to Smash parties for organising this amazing event 😀
