One word, sensational.
The food, the service the atmosphere. Everything was perfect. It was my husband’s 40th birthday and we were greeted with a free glass of Prosecco and they also gave him a surprise pudding. It was faultless and would go back in a heartbeat.
Great place, great authentic French food. It took a while to get our menu's, orders taken, but then it was fine after that. Staff were friendly. I had the French onion soup to start and a chicken Voialle as a main. Both delicious.

Update - went again in July 2024.
We order lots of food (4 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts). The only two things I would not recommend are the snails, cooked under some pastry and it was tasteless. And also the fish cake which was way too salty.
Everything else was SPECTACULAR, I would still very much recommend.
You really can not go wrong here. The place is gorgeous. The staff are lovely. The wine is banging. It's not unreasonably expensive. Everything about it is lovely.
