Just recently worked with event 4 at the NODA Awards in Manchester, knowing the crowd/event is a big thing and this company knew what music to play to keep the dancefloor full all night. The set up was great too with big light up letters and a sound system to fill the room. Highly recommended!

I have booked Matt as events4 a few times now for personal family events and he has always gone that extra mile to make it the perfect personal event . Every last detail in place. But I have also seen and been part when he has done larger corporate events again showing the professional comments to ensure the smooth running and all the details to show off the talents the organisation that is Events4 Would recommend Matt for all types of events either family wedding/ parties or large corporate events Worth every penny . Hired Jessica to dress the room for my daughter's 18th birthday party. She did an absolutely amazing job. The room looked beautiful and was so person centred and fitting to my daughters taste. Jessica was so helpful from the very start and even helped book the room for me I was holding the event in. Her communication skills are on point and her rates are brilliant and certainly for how much hard work she puts into it. Will definitely be using vintage events again for future parties/events.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Great at communication. Jess is superb at what she does. She was there every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the requirements etc, covering every detail. We were so pleased with the welcome board, balloons & light up numbers & it added the perfect touch to the venue & party. So glad we chose Vintage Events Manchester. Georgie and Megan were extremely professional and provided outstanding customer services and on top of that very friendly ladies. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding is perfect for us and our guests. They attended to all our last minute decisions and changes and on top of that paid attention to details that we never thought guests will notice. A huge thank you to Georgina and Megan. We got married in October 2017. What do you need to know - We went for a late start with a 4 pm service meaning the day and daylight was slightly shorter than many weddings. - We had 150 guests many who had flown over from as far away as Oz and Singapore. -The biggest storm of the year graced us with its presence - gale force winds and torrential rain! Storm Brian! How did the team do? - 10/10. I was dressed like a (stylish) geisha with a 10 foot trail. Despite the rain, cars were put on without asking to get me to ceremony room. - Before entering the service room, a white table cloth was sacrificed for me to stand on to stop the dress getting wet and numerous staff including Ian protecting me with brollies whilst my trail and veil was sorted. -Guests were whipped away in buggies to the drinks afterwards - as slick as you could get. - The drinks reception was extended without any questions asked of Dan & I so we could get our wellies on for some outside pictures! Ian the master of ceremony sacrificed yet another table cloth so madam here didn’t get her dress dirty during the pictures!! - The room was AMAZING. Floor to ceiling fairy lights, flowers, feathers, room wash, white covered stage where the band played jazz during dinner, Matt Windsor joined us for some close up magic. We brought in chairs and a 6 foot wide long tables. Trails of flowers everywhere. - All of this was seamlessly coordinated by the girls along with all of my silly details from menu cards to wooden table names. The girls even managed to get a load of guests out for some bonfire sparklers action after dinner! We live in London so much of the arranging was done either by email or visits to the venue. Georgina and Megan stayed late on Friday evenings for us to sort the wedding when we visited Knutsford and gave us a huge amount of time and great service. All of the tables were set up over night along with the lights which took hours (I’m told to go up) all the while Dan & I could hold our warm up drinks in Knutsford the night before. If you want great attention to detail, a hassle free day, great service, seamless coordination and an eye for detail then I would definitely recommend Georgina and Megan. I’d love to do it all over again! Thanks Georgina & Megan for a great day. Xx

We hired Irlam Warburton Events Ltd as our wedding planners for our wedding day at Colshaw Hall and truly couldn’t recommend them enough. During the planning of the wedding they gave us many ideas and helped us to make everything happen exactly as we imagined, and even exceeded what we expected. Nothing was too much trouble for Megan and Georgie and leading up to the wedding and on the day itself we felt so reassured that everything was under control, and it all ran like clockwork thanks to their hard work and professionalism. We had the pleasure of working with IWE recently for a client wedding and they were very professional and easy to deal with. We initially contacted Charlotte a couple of years ago to plan our wedding. She was brilliant from the get go - extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The pandemic hit and we had to re arrange our wedding. Charlotte went over and beyond to sort this for us. It was an extremely stressful time and Charlotte made everything so easy for us. Our wedding was planned throughout covid as we got engaged the day before the national lockdown so we knew wedding planning wasn’t going to be straight forward in the early stages with all of the restrictions! We met with Charlotte who supported us through the wedding planning process, she arranged venue viewings and gave recommendations for reliable suppliers and made contact with them on our behalf (and they were all absolutely brilliant!!!). As well as offering her advice when it came to venue decoration and flowers - something we had no idea about and really appreciated the guidance . Charlotte co-ordinated the running order of the day and communicated amongst suppliers. On the day, it ran so smoothly, Charlotte worked in the background to ensure everything was in order so we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the lead up, people would tell us that wedding planning is extremely stressful, however we didn’t feel any of that and we’re so relaxed, thanks to Charlotte!

Charlotte planned our wedding for well over a year from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services, nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, from recommending and booking all of our suppliers to answering all of my queries and organising the finer details on the day. We were always in constant communication with each other. She always remembered everything I mentioned about my vision and the aesthetics for the day and her attention to detail really stood out for me. All of our guests commented how well organised our wedding day was and it really took the stress away from us on the day so that we could just sit back, take it all in and enjoy ourselves. Hiring Charlotte Elise Wedding & Events was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Charlotte helped with the sourcing and booking of suppliers and it was amazing to have access to her knowledge. Once booked she handled the venue and all suppliers brilliantly taking all the stresses of us. On the run up to our wedding day she ensured they all knew timings and answered any questions, she also made sure we hadn’t forgotten anything (even ordering some items for us!) On our wedding day Charlotte coordinated everyone (caterers, band, production etc) and helped with the setting up. Knowing Charlotte was there meant that we didn't have to worry once and looking back it was essential in helping us enjoy our wedding day. Afterwards many of our guests commented on how well the day flowed and it was great to hear what an amazing time our friends and family had. Recommended by my Aunty who used Ex Pose for my Uncle‘s 50th, I also used them for my 30th birthday and was so impressed with the personalised service. The designs were bespoke to match what I had described and the colour scheme of my venue. I didn’t have to worry or be involved, Ex Pose worked with my venue and when I turned up on the night I had the most spectacular feature! Iveta did such an amazing job for our wedding. She created absolutely stunning centrepieces to match the theme at our venue. We had the wedding and reception in different venues, and Iveta allowed us to use the centrepieces for both venues. She did all of the venue dressing for our reception. Couldn't have asked for more from Barry. Decor was absolutely stunning and everything was put together based on our preferences. Everything was put together quickly in the morning and taken down promptly in the morning after. Barry also saved the day when we realised we'd made an error with buttonhole numbers and was able to put one together within the hour, totally free of charge! Honestly couldn't have asked for more.

Was recommended to contact Barry at Woodyatt Warner and was extremely impressed with all the decor they provided for my wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and they actually made all our wedding flowers to what I wanted. Found other companies had few options to choose from. I cannot praise Barry and his team enough for the beautiful decor they provided at our wedding. Barry was unbelievably flexible with us (especially when we wanted some late changes) and he got every aspect of our decor exactly as we wanted it. The decor was beautiful and so many of our guests commented on how classy the decor looked. Aside from that, Barry just made this whole process so easy and relaxed, and was so down to earth. The biggest thank you for making our vision a reality- it was even better than we could have ever imagined. Would 100% highly recommend.

Top Table had been wonderful from the initial introductions at our wedding venues (Sandhole Oak Barn) wedding fair (a mouthful to say) all the way through to when the big day finally arrived. We were kept well informed with how the day would play out; we were told that as the bride and groom, canapés would be be-lined to us as a priority so we wouldn’t have to worry. The food was absolutely phenomenal, it’s just a shame we couldn’t have everything we tried on the tasting menu because it was all unbelievable (even for a Sunday morning at 10am) but our selection of food for the big day was unreal! A special mention to Jake who led charge on our big day. From first introductions, we had his number, nothing was too much for him and his dry sense of humour was fantastic. Thank you to all the team for making the day unforgettable!!

Top table were our caterers in August at the Oak Tree of Peover. They were so helpful creating a menu for us and especially for accommodating quite a long list of guest allergies and intolerances. The staff were really lovely and we felt they went out of their way to be helpful to us. They also boxed up our leftovers and cake at the end of the day from our buffet which was hugely appreciated! The tasting we had back in January was delicious, and really helped us choose what we wanted for our menu. I'm still dreaming of the chicken we had for our main course! So sad we didn't think to take a photo of our food, but our photographer luckily took some pics of the starter and main. Portion sizes were great too and we definitely didn't hear any complaints about being hungry! Definitely recommend a trio of desserts! It was extremely helpful going through a plan of timings for the day, the document sent really helped us when answering questions from other suppliers, venue and registrars! Top Table were our chosen caterers for our big day in April 2023 at the Oak Tree of Peover. The BEST decision we ever made, honestly! From the minute we contacted them, the service was incredible. From the free tasting session (where the food was so good that we booked them the same day), all the way up to the wedding, where they acted as our wedding coordinators. The food was out of this world, honestly the guests are still talking about it now. The service from the wait staff on the day was unmatched - so quick, efficient and friendly. Hannah, who was our wedding coordinator on the day, was absolutely brilliant! Constantly checking up and making sure we were okay and happy and things ran like clockwork! There was honestly nothing to worry or stress about, it was just PERFECT. Thank you all at Top Table who helped make this the best day of our lives!

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends.
