10/10 would recommend! The variety of items The Word is Love have to hire is incredible. We opted for the rustic wooden frame and "Forever & Always" neon sign with their new sun beam neon accents for our wedding in February 2025. We booked nearly 2 years in advance and the communication from them until our wedding day was fabulous. Thank you for contributing to making our day as perfect as possible.

We hired the neon ‘until death do us party’ sign from the word is love. It looked even better (and bigger) than I expected - I loved it and it looked great next to our dance floor. Suzy and Ollie were so helpful and the hiring/set up etc was so easy and all organised by them but fitting in with everything we asked! We were looking for something special for our wedding at Colshaw Hall and were recommended 'The Word Is Love.' After perusing through the extensive catalogue (we were spoilt for choice), we settled on the 4ft rustic letters for our surname which provided the perfect backdrop for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception! Suzy and Ollie were very quick to respond to our enquiries and made the whole process extremely straight forward - from the initial booking, set up at the venue and collection the next day. Suzy and Ollie communicated directly with the venue which we were incredibly appreciative of! Thank you Suzy and Ollie and the Word is Love team for being a part of our special day and providing us with the perfect backdrop (and our guests with some amazing photo opportunities!)

We just had our wedding on Saturday and used The Word is Love to hire a wooden arch with neon sign. Suzy was great at replying to emails and so helpful when we decided to change to a smaller arch! On the day the arch and neon sign looked fab and gave a lovely glow to the day, the arch was then used in the evening and again, looked great! We would definitely use them again 💖
