We had to take our 50kg boy to the team today as an emergency, losing blood and he was terrified. We can honestly say the whole team from start to finish were incredible, so patient with him and very informative. Happy to have such a great vet. Thank you all so much for making an extremely stressful experience so much more comfortable x

My 1st visit was very traumatic as my beautiful old cat became sick and I had to put her down. I found the staff very supportive from the cleaner to receptionist, nurse and vets. They were very empathetic and caring considering I was a balling mess. The vet explained everything in an empathic way and gave me the time I needed to put her down. Staff also allowed me to go through the back exit to avoid people in my hour of duress.

We didn't go to the vets we went to the dog groomers next door called the dog house and they are brilliant you can drop the dog off or stay with it . does a great cut and love's all the dog's

Lovely staff and lots of excitement over our cat which was unexpected considering how much time they spend with domestic animals. Very happy with the service and they made our boy feel significantly less hissy than usual.

I had my 2 cats neutered and microchip done here they were amazing with them both as they were abit stressed as was in the carriers and didn't like them and were so polite and friendly towards myself knowing I was worried about leaving them so helpful in after care advice even chatted with me about their needs for after as I dropped them off so I did go shopping to get what needed before picking them up I've had no problems with my cats after 100% definitely would recommend them to others and will keep my cats registered here

Friendly and caring staff. It is obvious that everyone who works there loves animals. They vets are knowledgeable about greyhounds who have different blood levels to other dogs, which is fantastic for us! Recommend

Have used this veterinary Centre in Yardley for a long time now with 2 of my dogs. I have found them very good and treated your ani.al and yourself very good and professional. Always there to help if you have any questions about your pet. Fully recommended them.

What a change. I took my two girls in today for their top up jabs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Eles, the vet and Alice the other vet were a great team. And I must mention the help at the reception, it was how you want a Vets to be!

My puppy eat rat poison. I immediately called my Vet practice by Morrisons who refused to see him unless symptoms were occur. I was told to wait 1 or 2 hours and I would see any foam coming out from his mouth, vomiting or diarrhea they would then take him as emergency. I listen to my instincts to go to Vets for Pets in Sheldon. Everyone was very friendly, took my puppy for detoxing treatment, after 1 hour they informed me that they could see a lot of poison pellets in his vomit and that I did the right thing of coming in straight away . Thank you for saving my puppy life

Eduardo is absolutely amazing!!! We are now proud owners of a Preloved dog and we needed to get him registered quickly, the online system was quick and easy, they had an appointment available but we had to bring our children with us, he was patient and fantastic with our kids and our new dog. When we visited again because our dog needed an urgent appointment on the day they saw us incredibly quickly. Eduardo took his time explaining everything to us, answered all my questions easily and was again absolutely fantastic!! I left feeling a lot lighter, a lot more reassured, and more confident.

I visited Medivet because I found a hedgehog in our garden that looked a little unwell. I took it there for some help, not knowing what to do. It turned out the hedgehog wasn’t unwell but maybe just a little too hot. They kept him in until I could collect and release him back into the wild. I think this is incredible in a world where no one does anything for free. I received updates about his health over the two days he was there. Given the amount of information and care provided, I would 100% use this vet if I had a pet. Thank you so much!

I have been with Medivet Solihull for many many years and am so well acquainted with the practice that the staff sadly know when its me on the phone. I have stayed with the practice for such a length of time due to the nurses / front of house staff who have remained the same over the years. Cassie the Vet Nurse is exceptional - she 100% gets the love we have for our pets. Everything she handles is done with the upmost professionalism and care. Fiona is also fantastic and is always very helpful & lovely. I have recently had 2 surgeries for my dogs at the practice and both times I felt confident that they were in the best hands. Thank you both! The new vets/partners, Eduardo & Dimitra are very much welcomed, it is great to have permanent vets on board and it makes the continuity of care and advise much easier to follow. Excellent practice it was our first visit and we were very impressed, everywhere was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and friendly. Our dog was treated by a lovely vet and we have no hesitation in highly recommending this practice

Fantastic vets, especially Jack and Mikel, and nursing staff, especially Mandy. Reception staff are also extremely helpful and supportive. I would recommend this team to anyone who has rabbits. The team is so knowledgeable and also happy to educate owners to better manage and understand their rabbits needs.

They saved my budgie's life! I can't say enough words how good and operative they all been! If not all the Manor staff I wouldn't have my budgie by now.. They all together did this amazing job! The vets at this centre are amazing highly recommend to take any animal there. We take our injured wildlife birds that comes into my brother rescue and they are amazing with them they decide if it’s best to be put to sleep or to come back into the rescue and live a happy life. They never put animal small or big to sleep if it’s not recommended. Best veterinary practice in Birmingham definitely worth going

This place is absolutely 5 stars and more! Our bunny broke her jaw and our own vets could not do anything for her, someone was looking down on us when we got transferred to Manor Vets Edgbaston. Mikel her vet is an absolute genius and the kindest man we have ever met, he goes above and beyond to help and honestly we would not thank him enough! He always remained positive and nothing was too much trouble, she would not be here without him. The nurse Faye is the sweetest person, equally as compassionate and caring and helped not only with our bunny taking great care of her but made us feel so at ease, such a lovely person. The reception staff, well it’s safe to say we spent a lot of time with these ladies on our trip weekly visits for 3 months, they are kind, compassionate and just great people and we enjoyed there company! Our bunny is now all fixed because of these great people and she will be staying at this vets for any future treatment and her vaccinations, thank you guys, you really are the best x Highly highly highly recommend this vets!

My dogs have been cared for by Pipe Hayes vets since I moved here in 2013 I was recommended by someone in the Breed who lives in Derby but has heard how good the practice is! It has met with my expectations. Stephen Pegg has been wonderful.

Always clean and friendly staff and look after my little girl and explain everything to you. Keep the fantastic work up. I would recommend anyone who loves their pets to use this vet 10 out of 10

I have a BSH care cat who stopped eating and moving last week, went to emergency Sunday a little stressed obviously. I can’t thank or rate the staff and vets enough for their care for George and myself The staff went over over and above calming the “ mad cat mom” panicking on emergency visit and especially on second visit for not just George but myself. I was listened to, respected and not patronised He’s back on the bed not shaking and hiding I can’t thank you all enough Myself , Gorgeous George and all the people he helps as a care animal thanks you for your over and above care and understanding They even thought about shaving his legs in same places so it grows back the same which when your stressing about your animal is a small but important thing to help desensitise From reception staff on initial phone calls to vets thank you I hope not to see you too soon 🐾

My kitten was very sick at 9pm and I called the emergency room. Half an hour later, my cat was seen, he was given medicine and the next morning he was much better. The clinic is very good and I recommend it. The staff is also very good.

What can I say apart from amazing vets 😄 they truly have been wonderful to my cat Teddy and me .My cat Teddy had to have his front leg amputated 😔 And from reception team ,nurses and vet they are all so kind and helpful I’m sorry I can’t name you all but I’m sure you all no who you are ,keep up your amazing work and thank you again for being so kind and compassionate towards me and Teddy .It was such an emotional time and you really are heroes to us 🖤 Solihull vets x

My kitten has been going here since 8 weeks old. She has recently been spade and we pay the 18.99 a month which gives all her flea, worming and vet check ups included as well as her microchipping. Great peace of mind. Vets are very caring amd knowledgeable.

The people who work there are so friendly and make you feel that your pet is as important to them as they are to you. You are seen at your appointment time and they really pay attention to you and your pet. I would highly recommend this vets
