Really friendly and professional. It take my dog a little bit of time to get used to new people but straight away he felt comfortable with all staff members he encountered. We've now been a couple of times and every time they've been helpful, calm, friendly and answered any and all questions.

Lovely vet and nurse there, was our first time there with our new frenchie, they really looked after her as she is a nervous dog, thanks again will be back soon with beau x

I would not take my dog anywhere else the staff here are amazing and the care and love they give to the animals is outstanding. My dog was very ill when a puppy and all the tests were done and the care was brilliant. I have trouble getting Tilly out of there when we go she loves all the staff so much. Finally, a decent veterinary practise reachable from Aldridge. Tidy, large reception with an area sectioned off for cats. Great parking too. I was happy with the care and attention the vet had with my injured Moggy. I’ll be using this one if I need to in the future.

Warren House vets have the most wonderful, caring, kind staff you could ever meet. Our little dog Lily has been very poorly and they have been wonderful. She has had the best care from Anca and the vet nurses. They have done everything possible. They are so caring in every way and work with you to anchieve the best outcome, the kindness they have shown will always be with us. We cannot thank you enough.

My partner has been using this practice for around seven years, & speaks very highly of it. I recently went to pickup a prescription for one of the cat's, the lady from reception was halfway across the carpark with it before I even got out of my car ..... Thank you brilliant service.

I cannot express enough how caring and kind Sarah is my dog Blue actually wags tail when sees her. Before his operation i was very reassured by Sarah and her lovely staff.

Excellent vet to our 3 cats, explain everything well and outline all the options available. The course of treatment is recommended, and expected outcomes given. Easy to get an appointment once registered, all the staff have been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault these guys, they really care about the cat & are happy to discuss all options.

Took my two rescue kittens. the vet was absolutely brilliant with lilly and ruby my brother recommended fivelands as used with Digby his cat. First consultation was really smooth and made the kittens relaxed as very nervous .recommended their pet plan with no obligation which I took them up on really recommended fivelands great service

Had to take our cat Brian as an emergency to Blaise as he had licked a caustic substance and burnt his mouth he couldn’t eat or drink and was in pain, the care he received was faultless would highly recommend, kept up to date at all times by vet Lucy who was excellent and Thankyou to Taylor the nurse for showing us how to look after Brian at home till he was fully recovered

Friendly and helpful staff. The vet who treated our dog in an emergency situation was very reassuring and caring. A fantastic state of the art new clean facility and the coffee machine was an added bonus.

Came in recently with our guinea pig in a really bad way, they dropped everything on sight and attended to him immediately upon our arrival with kindness and compassion. The receptionist and the vet that evening were so supportive and understanding in that difficult time. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't positive but through no fault of the staff there, they helped see us out with empathy and patience and they made the whole situation a little bit easier. Absoloutly amazing staff from the vets to the nurses to the receptionists. Saw my pet in our of hours and again for over night care after surgery and can't thank them enough for the love and care they gave my dog pumpkin and the compassion they showed to me also, very thorough and kept me informed on everything they were doing and very happy to update me when I called in the night to check on her. Can't recommend nor thank them enough. I knew she was in safe hands.

Have been with this vets for many years. It's always a pleasure speaking with Harley at reception, both the vet and nurses are very knowledgeable, and experienced with cats. It's convenient that there's a pet shop right downstairs too. Prices are affordable and you don't have to wait weeks to get an appointment. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

They have always looked after my boy well since 2018. Friendly and reliable. If you have a pet, get them insured, because bills do get high. There’s a lift inside as the vet is upstairs.

Really great vets, lovely staff especially Harley, they sprayed my cat and helped me with a poorly and lost stray. Elliott the vet is also top rate and always happy to explain everything in detail. I will be returning soon for my cats yearly vaccinations. Prices are industry expected amounts and it is situated inside pets at home next to the dog grooming parlour. Thanks again vets4pets

These guys really care about the animals they are dealing with. Took my Harley to be neutered. Very friendly. Very helpful. And they gave me all the advice needed for aftercare

My cat developed a urine infection in September 2024 (by this point we had been attending the vets for 2 years and my family had done with our previous cats as well in the past) all was okay after a course of antibiotics and pain relief but then a few months later I noticed he was un well again and I took him in and he unfortunately had blocked bladder and needed an emergency operation, he recovered and was allowed back home with me, the next few weeks or so was spent with trips back and forth to the vets along with giving him medication unfortunately he was still not passing urine properly and was blocked again so I had to let him go 💔 I know Rebecca and the team did everything they could to try and help him. They were all so caring (my boy was scared but he was such a Mommy’s boy he only loved me and no-one else) I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 as I was seen by a locum vet at one point and as lovely as he was he gave me incorrect information at one point.

Absolutely lovely vets and the cost is more than reasonable. I spent many days looking for a vet that could neuter my dog but within my budget. I strongly recommend these vets, they are friendly, helpful and the after care is 5*.

I really can't complain honestly they have really looked after my boys Casper and Tigger and Smokey and also the receptionist very friendly and also gave me a couple of chocolates as I'm diabetic to bring my sugars back up and made sure I was ok to I'm so grateful,I definitely recommend people to go here with there little baby's never had a problem with them thank you so much for everything much appreciated.

I took my dog here for 2 follow up appointments after surgery at the Quinton branch. Everybody I encountered has been very friendly. The vet gave me a comprehensive explanation of my dog's issues, treatment options and how to care for her in the future. I left feeling well informed and my dog was well cared for.

We’ve been going here for a few years now and have always had the best service, fantastic vets and nurses, and a great experience. My dogs had dental surgery and also ‘routine’ appointments and checkups frequently and she is always well looked after. The vets have always given detailed explanations as to what’s wrong or what’s needed and have always been helpful. Love this vets, would recommend!
