I can't fault them. Saved Milan's life. Very empathetic and kind. Professional, compassionate, very helpful and patient. Reception, nurses and vets... All fantastic. They have always given us the best advice and service. They go out of their way to help.

Really good Vets. Spent the time actually explaining what is wrong with my dog in detail, and then various treatments, risks, pros and cons of each option. Highly recommend! Fairly priced too, open until late and 7 days a week! UPDATE: Unfortunately our dog has had to be euthanised, he was an old boy, almost 15 years old! The vets was amazing, compassionate, gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, they organised the cremation, which was cheaper than going direct to some that I found online. We chose to have the ashes back and they came in a lovely box with a sympathy card which they’d taken a print of his paws! 100% recommend this vets!

I have taken my dog here for the past 3 years since moving here. They reception is always so nice and they really care for the animals. I needed a health certificate to move to Germany and they were very patient when I had to reschedule due to visa issues. Dr. Josh has been a great vet and I highly recommend Vets4pets Solihull!

I have unfortunately had to use the vets recently for a planned operation on my westie as well as a post surgery injury. I can honestly say that all the staff at the Solihull branch are second to none. They all show compassion, empathy, are extremely professional.
