Such a lovely vets! They have been seeing my Cat Bella since she was a kitten, they were brilliant with her from the day we first took her there and so caring. Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. They really are so caring and brilliant with the animals in their care. I couldn’t recommend enough

Our rescue dog recently attended her annual visit for vaccine and check up. This is her third/fourth visit here, the first was during the covid period where she had to go in alone with the staff. As she had only been with us a short time and a reactive rescue we were probably as nervous as she was. She was fine and behaved for the staff. This latest visit she had a tender abdomen which appeared to be due to her glands. She was unusually reactive when having them emptied, (no dog probably enjoys this anyway), especially if it’s making you a little more uncomfortable than usual. The vet remained very calm and patient with her and suggested ways to calm her before future visits over a period of time to desensitise her. The vet remained professional throughout the consultation and considered the anxiety levels in our dog before proceeding with the next check, never making us feel like the appointment was taking too long and suggesting resources that may be useful as owners of a rescue dog. Taking on a rescue is never easy as they can be unpredictable. You never know how badly they have been mis-treated in the past and are constantly learning new triggers for them. Vet on the hill takes your pet at face value and shows them the same care and respect as a dog without ‘issues’, making you as the owner feel more relaxed on a visit.

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.

I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

If you want a personal touch vets this is the place. All the staff are wonderful and Lucy and Nikki have looked after our pets for years. Fiona and Liz are also also really friendly and caring. When we’re looking for more pets we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been with Gaytons for years and just taken my new rescue dog there and the service and care is incredible . Always found them thorough with our last four dog's and from my consultation today, it has only reconfirmed this. Outstanding service. Still great 17/09/24

I do not understand the negative reviews of this practice. I have always received excellent service from both vets and reception staff, I have used them for years. My only grumble is the lack of 24 hour care now in place, if my animal is ill or injured out of hours I am now expected to travel to Cheam which is totally impossible. The 24 hour care is one reason why I had moved to Gaytons in the first place

Amazing staff and great service. All COVID precautions were in place, but that didn't detract from giving a fully personalised service. I felt welcomed, valued and unhurried, most of all they gave excellent treatment to my fur baby, who was stress free throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.

Visited Priory Vets @ Tadworth today. Although tedious their Covid Compliance is both efficient and User friendly. Our 8 week old puppy received excellent attention, Danielle the vet called while we waited in the car confirming all our enquiries very clearly and professionally. Took my boy, Harley, a Maltese/Terrier cross as he had a bald patch on his left side. He had been nibbling as he had fleas even though I was using a prescribed treatment. I was prescribed a tablet form, he no longer has fleas and his bald patch is recovering 😉

My beautiful baby Audrey was referred to North Downs earlier in the month. I was blown away by the care, expertise and commitment from the team - she was truly in the very best environment for her and the knowledge of her team was second to none. Unfortunately our beloved girl didn’t recover, but the team gave it everything they could and were honest with us every step of the way. My boy was referred to NDSR because the vet suspected he might have tumors in his lung. NDSR reached out to me within an hour and scheduled an appointment. Sofia showed professionalism and care as she reviewed my dog's medical history and treated us with sympathy as worried pet parents. She patiently explained the necessary tests to determine if my boy had tumors or another condition. Thankfully, it turned out to be lungworms. We then worked with Freddie, who was also a great and professional vet. He provided the right treatment for my boy and kept me updated on his condition twice a day while he was hospitalised. The vet nurse was also very attentive and kind when I called for updates. Now my boy is recovering well from the lungworms, and I'd like to express my immense gratitude to Sofia, Freddie, and all the vet nurses.

We were really impressed at how well Macy our cockapoo was looked after through her SARDS tests we visited twice and was kept up to date by Adam through out her procedure. Also for me and my partner I would like to say a big thankyou to sue on reception who made a difficult situation for us go a lot easier she was excellent.

This hospital is outstanding and I only have the highest regard for ALL the professionals I have met, be it Reception, Doctors, Surgeons, Inner Medicin, Insurance Dept. etc etc. There is politeness, care, compassion, understanding and a love for all pets that are bright in. I have experienced this first hand for over one year. Nothing is too much and appointments are always available. Everyone goes the extra mile.

Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful. My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. The vet was also so helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this vets surgery. Thanks to the team for helping my cat Mcavity and making him better.

Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Blown away completely by this practice and the lovely caring staff. After a horrendous ordeal with my precious dog I called and asked for an emergency. Documents transferred and was seen immediately. The compassion, help, understanding and care we received was tenfold. I recommend this lovely practice to anyone. Such an amazing experience, such ease and super friendly. They put my dog first and treated her like she was their only patient.

Highly recommend this veterinary practice. I have a rescue cat who is very nervous and historically has been traumatised by vet visits. Annika, one of the vets, is wonderful - a 'cat whisperer' of sorts - and manages to settle our rescue straightaway. The reception staff are also fab and show compassion and care. Delighted to have found Crown vets.

A big thanks to everyone here. My cat was in a bad way and had to rush him to the closest vets. Despite not being registered they welcomed him in after giving sound advice over the phone. They administered life saving care and helped get a referral quickly to the Norths Down Referrals for further treatment. All while being calm and professional. A big thank you and recommendation from the bottom of mine (and Pockle’s) hearts.

We have been using companion care for many years and find them to be very affordable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We can always get an appointment quickly and they offer superb pay monthly plans for general health such as boosters/parasite treatments. Easy to park and very handy that they are located inside pets at home

The team here are always really lovely and friendly, and treatment has always been great. I would never take my pets anywhere else! The only thing I do wish was that they were able to consider instalments/payment breakdowns for costs, because I recently had to take out a personal loan to cover my cats bill. Hopefully this is something CC will be able to do in future because I do worry about affording future bills, especially with the recession and cost of living crisis.
